I was told they were excellent . The repairman they sent was a very professional nice young man named Joel . He knew exactly how to fix my cooler , and he was very informative . I truly was impressed. They told me upfront that I would have to pay the bill right away since I was a first time customer , and I was fine with that . The bill was very reasonable and Joel explained it all to me very clearly , and I was fine with that also. They were very fast to send the repairman to me and and I was very happy with that . What I wasn't happy with was the lady answering the phone. She was very loud ,very rude , and talked to me like I was a child. She talked over me when I talked , and cut me off over and over . I almost hung up on her , but I didn't because I needed my cooler fixed and I didn't know who else to call . This person , I think her name is Keri or Teri ruined what was a very good experience . I strongly recommend having Joel the repairman , but if you call there and get this Keri person answering the phone , I would suggest you ask for someone else or hang up . Becky

The tech team have been a 'dream team'. Can't say enough good about them. Professional, thorough, polite, hardworking!, and clean up each day after their work. Also... they assessed our building hot water tank without hesitation while here as we were experiencing hot water changes. They could have said readily, 'time for a new tank' (it's 7 years old). But they took the time to examine and determined that one of the conduction components wasn't working. So instead of thousands for a new tank, we will have a new component for a few hundred dollars.
