Or their are people who know the value of a nickel. So they appreciate the 5 cent cheaper per gallon Royal usually offers for the same grad e of gas. If you pay cash, all the better, as it will be cheaper again. But don't use a debit card. They charge $0.50 for that privilege, so you won;t realize any savings until your 11th gallon. $60 tanks of gas means no more latte's at the Starbuck's next door.

She then stated if I don't leave within five minutes she will call the Walnut Creek Police. I informed her that my vehicle is inoperable and I am awaiting a tow truck arrival and the time of arrival is out of my hands. She repeatedly stated that she would call the Walnut Creek Police as she's only giving me twenty minutes more. My response was: " Call the police!" I have three receipts showing that I am a customer who made multiple store purchases. I then asked her: " what if you were stranded with an inoperable car, or better yet, what if your mother, father or other loved one were stranded, would you be ok if the situation were reversed?" She was an East African female who then walked away! I am in total disbelief that she would even make such a threat to me, especially since I am a Black American male stranded here in Walnut Creek, California as it's approaching 7:15pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Suggestions: please have compassion and understanding for a customer whose vehicle is inoperable.

Stopped by here to get a quick car wash and ended up buying the monthly special for 6 car washes…read more Michael was the attendant inside and was very helpful and very patient to go through the different car washes they offer and helped set me up once I downloaded the app. There was a couple before me who was also interested who also bought the monthly car wash and he was very patient helping them and explaining how it worked. Good guy. I've come across many workers and they're usually pretty abrupt and don't take the time to explain like Michael did. It took a while and without his help I'm sure the couple and myself included would've just walked away. A big thank you to Michael for all your help!

In years past I accepted the less-than-adequate carwash because it was cheap and the customer service was decent. It's no longer worth the hassle with the terrible staff, stay away!
