Came here for a car wash. Took the car through but it didn't have any soap during the whole wash. There wasn't a sud in sight, just water. I went in and told the attendant who gave me another number. Decided to come back later since they obviously didn't have soap at the time. What's weird is the car in front of me and behind me didn't notice there wasn't any soap and just drove off after their wash. I came back the other day and was told the car wash is broken. I think I'll just go somewhere that uses soap. This use to be a great car wash. Until they started cutting back on the most important part. FILTHY SERVICE STATION with degrading basic amenities! Car wash pricing misrepresented along with a disgusting self service vacuum hose that hasn't been changed since 1960! The coin slot is covered with blue duct tape..."Gabe" the cashier tells me $3 to use vacuum , and that's after I had to pay more $ for a car wash that was priced differently. Oh, and "Gabe" said "bathroom is not open due to Covid but the gas station across the street has a restroom for the public." Seriously? Bad experience with the car wash. I arrived home only to discover the back of my car had not been washed at all. I immediately returned and the surly attendant refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. I asked for the owner's phone number, he said he couldn't give it to me so I gave him mine and asked to have him call me. I never received a call. I will never return. Did the car wash twice this week. The cheaper version on one car and the more expensive one with the other car. Both times there was no soap at all, cars were left dirty and very wet. The fuel is pricey, but the pump is quite slow. I've purchased the car wash with it, but nobody warned that the wash is broken. I've asked when will it be fixed, the worker said he doesn't know and offered me to drive occasionally by to see if it's open. Sure, I have nothing to do all day anyways, why not? And he was not able to provide the refund. Yesterday I've called the place to learn if the wash is fixed. Answering machine asked for the name and phone number, promising the call back. Guess what, nobody bothered to call me. Today I finally got a hold of someone and ok, the wash was fixed. I arrived, went through it, and the quality of the wash was pretty poor, even though it was the more expensive one out of two options. Took my car for a car wash. Paid at the pump after filling up with gas. Drove over to enter the car wash. It was closed. I went in and asked for a refund. The cashier refused to refund me saying "the computer won't allow me to make a refund on a purchase at the pump". Said I could come back anytime in the next 7 days to get my car wash. I said I wouldn't be here in 7 days. He would not give me a refund. Said the owner is in India and he has complainted to him about this but the absentee owner in India won't do anything. If i can give ZERO stars i would. I got the top car wash for $13. Car didnt have a wash for 2 weeks so wanted to clean it a little bit. Well it looked worse afterwards. Front bumper is still durty, all door handles are dirty, fenders are dirty and trunk got more dirt then before. Only part that got clean is the roof. So i went back in side to asked if i can just run it thru again. Answer i got: "$13 please". Staff was given instructions not to give a second runs thru the carwash or give refunds. All i wanted is to get the car little cleaner after the wash. I didnt expect it to be prefect. DONT USE THIS CARWASH IT'S HORRIBLE. Gas is gas, this review is for the car wash. The old car wash here was awful. The one time I used it before, it was so bad I almost asked for my money back. Almost. I was on fumes so I stopped here and saw the sign up for the new wash. I figured it couldn't be any worse than the old one. Surprise! Well, maybe not so surprise, the new car wash is awesome! Mostly because it is new. It's pretty much your standard three brush system, I'm sure it's adjustable and all that, but it's a car wash, and it works. I like that there is no wheel thing to roll over to trigger it, just a sensor so when you pull forward enough you get the stop light. No fruity smelling multi-colored soap though. I didn't notice much difference between the top end and middle wash, so I'd say just get the middle one. And don't forget to gas up and get your dollar off. read more

the car wash is supposed to be available for 7 days after purchase along with gas.. I got gas last Saturday and paid for a wash to do later in the week (it was raining). I came today (the next Saturday) and was repeatedly told I had an invalid number by the car wash terminal. I spoke with the attendant who said it was Jan 11 and I informed him it would the 11th NEXT week. As it was January 4th, I was there on the 7th day. He shrugged his shoulders and said I was right and that the car should get a wash but he was powerless to do anything such as give a wash or a refund. Another shrug and off to the bong. Worst Car Wash Ever!! I honestly feel like I just got suckered! I was in the middle of the wash when I started to realize that it's a total scam. Drive up to get a car wash for my vehicle and pay the $13 for the best wash they had. My truck wasn't even that dirty but it was not only a waste of my money, time and now effort as I have to get it cleaned again to even just fix their job. The wash begins and I notice the lack of soap on the beginning...which I thought they would start with water first regardless. Then there is no pressure what so ever on the soap or now the water to halfway rise which completely did nothing for the entire back half of my vehicle. Lastly the dryer starts going and literally only drys the front half and only my right side of the truck. I ask the attendant for some towel to dry the car and ask him if there is something wrong with the car wash and he just says that it hadn't been used since the last storm so he's not sure. Well if I had read these reviews here first I would of just stayed as far away as I could from this place. read more

This is a review of the car wash. Also, the one guy who said you can normally find a "free with fill-up" wash or a "$2 for 20 gallons" deal is incorrect. Free car wash with fill-up deals have been gone for almost 15 years in the marketplace. I know, I have owned two car washes in the Bay Area, and they just don't exist anymore. But here is why the owner gets one star. If you buy your gas with a credit card at the pump, it asks you if you want a wash..then if you say yes, it offers you three choices on the screen. But even though the names are "cutesy", they don't say how much they are. ??? This is a sign the owner is looking to just get whatever revenue they can. Otherwise, why not put the dollar cost of each wash on the electronic screen. If you look all around the pumps, you can't find a car wash menu. Oh, it is there...to the right, on the support for the canopy...you have to LOOK A LOT TO FIND IT. So, if the owner is lucky, the customer picks the most expensive wash. EVERY OTHER STATION THAT SELLS CAR WASHES AT THE PUMP PUTS THE COST OF EACH WASH ON THE PUMP. When you get to the entrance to the wash, there is a selection of washes, this time with the price for each wash. BUT NOTHING THAT SAYS WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE WASH. I bought the least expensive wash at the pump. I just guessed. Then, when I went through the wash, I see that there is no dry. Having YET TO SEE A CAR WASH MENU THAT HAS THE PRICE AND DESCRIBES WHAT EACH WASH OFFERS, i told my wife, "If this place is still selling their cheapest wash without a dry, this guy has NO IDEA HOW TO RUN HIS WASH'..and sure enough, I went in to talk to the attendant, and he walked me outside to show me where the car wash menu was for people pumping gas. On the side of the support structure for the canopy. 1) - No price on the electronic screen on the pump 2)-No menu on the pump, or even a little sign with an arrow pointing to the car wash menu 3)-No dry with the cheapest wash. If you go to ANY OTHER CAR WASH, they give you the dry with the cheapest wash...Alamo Shell, Danville Chevron to name two. The owner is an auto repair guy, not a car wash guy. He'll learn though, as his business continues to suffer..the POS car wash in before was so bad, yet he kept it for so long...now he has a Voyager VII, which is a decent wash unit...too bad he has no idea how to make the customer feel like he isn't getting ripped off. 4) - Never coming back. read more

Took my husband's car in for regular servicing (oil change, safety check, etc.) but also for a weird loud whining noise that would happen when he started his Honda in the morning (and then would go away after the car was warmed up). Wayne found the problem with the power steering and fixed it super quick! So, we are very pleased and look forward to having this shop be our "go-to" from now on. read more

First time I've ever been compelled to write a negative review. Been going to this gas station for over 15 years for gas. Have only used the car wash a few times. I used it a week before just to rinse the car off so it was fairly clean. Put my $11.00 in, pulled forward when told too and the lights flashed red then green then stopped and nothing happened. When I told the attendant what happened he said he had no proof I paid for a car wash, it looked clean to him and then went on to call me a liar and that I was just trying to get a free wash. I've lost my antennae here twice (same car- Volvo- can't retract antenna). It seems that the machines there are old. The "soap" seemed like water. Isn't soap supposed to have little bubbles in it? The wax seemed to be invisible. Isn't there supposed to be a wax mist if you pay for wax? There was nothing. The air dryer was working today, but often I'll go there and it isn't working at all. I asked for a refund (before I got it done, because I pushed the button for premium instead of regular wash), and the attendant said "we can't do nothin' about that". Oh, and the cloths that they use to wash your car are hard rubber ropey things, I'd prefer the soft cloths they use at other drive-thru car washes. read more

Worst carwash on the planet, left soap on my SUV and when I approached owner to consider letting me go through the carwash again to rinse the soap off, he insisted that it was my error and that I drove through the carwash too fast and gave me the option to pay for the upgrade carwash. I reluctantly did to avoid soap spots. After a "Sparkle" wash at $7 and a "Bubbly" wash at $9, sad to say, I still had soap spots and the owner was beyond rude and said he would watch the video camera to see what I did wrong and refused to compensate me for either wash. DRIVE PAST THIS GAS STATION AND CARWASH. Plenty of other options, this guy doesn't deserve to be in business. His own attendant told me he was the cheapest boss and treated everyone horribly. This car wash is fantastic! This is a carwash people! Not sure who would take such pains to slander a perfectly friendly helpful staff or a fantastic carwash because I've been coming here for years and nobody has been remotely rude ever. I love this place and will always come here. Of course theres a difference between a $40 detail job and a drive through carwash but for 1/3 the price its a no brainer! Awesome place.
