I googled the number and saw it was Pacific states petroleum. I sent a text asking what the calls were for. The response was that he was given my number to call about propane. I explained that a month ago I was looking. I then asked for their price for reference. After several hours I hadn't heard back so I sent a message with my opinion of the JOKE of a service they provide.. Later I got another text saying that he left a voicemail with the price. BS, NO MESSAGE was ever left.. He did send the price in response along with the BS.. It was almost a full dollar more than I had just paid.. They are just a mickey mouse operation

When I arrived at 7:30 a.m., the receptionist told me the installation would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. However, when I returned, I found that my car hadn't even been touched. After waiting nearly 30 minutes just to speak with someone, I was told they were unable to get the required parts and had no idea when they would be available. It was extremely frustrating that no one informed me before my appointment, despite having had two weeks to prepare. They wasted my time and showed very little respect for their customers. They certified my marine tank, told me that it was an extremely good unit and that it should last forever. Gave me lots of good tips and advice. Office staff were also very friendly. Signs clearly say they are closed for lunch from 12 - 1 and last customer is in at 3:45 (they probably should close then if that's the case but again, posted clearly). Sorry for those of you disappointed by this place but I had a great experience and would go back. Thanks!

We were referred to Allied by a friend and upon the first call, we were delighted to work with the team here. From the person answering the phones, to the salesperson and to the installation crew! They answer their phones, they provided us with a new leased tank, installed it quickly and new parts that replaced the rusted-out crap that was there. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who is currently looking for a GREAT propane provider! You won't be disappointed with Allied.

This is the absolute worst company my husband and I have ever dealt with!!! We called because we…read morehad a gas leak. They came about 1 hour later with any parts or equipment to repair the leak. We were told they would be back the next day. No one showed! My husband had a hose made and we called and let them know it was repaired and needed to be unlocked so we could have heat. Approximately 13 calls we made to them and we were told "be there tomorrow ". 7 days later still no heat. We called another company on the 8th day a they came within a few hours, installed a new tank and we had heat. We called Amerigas and told them to pick up their tank and end our service. They now want $430 for early cancellation. Mind you we have been a customer for 12 years, pay early And we are 66 & 76 years old!!!
