Mike was not only on time - he went out of his way to make sure my dad was there early an to his flight safely - and when my father realized he left his phone in the taxi! Bruce and Mike worked together to get the phone to one of our family member to overnight the phone! Needless to say - on my fathers return - Mike was there at the airport to get him back home to Brandon safely. They have a form on their website, to book rides. I entered my information at about 1:15pm on Thursday afternoon, the 9th of March, for a taxi to pick me up at 3pm the same day, for a round trip to my bank. Their website says, "Great rates to various locations throughout the Tampa Bay area. No trip is to small or too big for us to handle." It also says, "Bookings during normal business hours are received via a live representative. Bookings outside of our business hours will be contacted and validated the next business day." Their Yelp listing gives their hours as 6am - 11pm, so I had every reason to believe my booking would be seen and I would receive a response. I DID receive an automated email, saying my request for service had been received, but that's the last I heard from them. 3pm came and went, and I was left stranded at my house. I've been a cab driver, and I know the normal wait time for a cab ride is a bit longer for me, as I live in the northeast Tampa suburbs. But, taking a call for a ride over an hour and a half in advance should be VERY doable. To give a customer NO response whatsoever, during regular business hours, is pitiful.

Cab driver took wrong exit off of I-275 due to texting distraction. Driver used passengers iPhone GPS driving directions next. Got to airport on time. Driver informs passengers it is "CASH ONLY" today ($119 flat rate) because company will not take credit cards yet. Driver offered to go with passenger in Airport ATM to get cash. Fortunately, I had the cash and paid $140 including tip. I do not recommend ANY taxi that has no radio to dispatcher and relies on TEXTING down the highway. Nor do most folks like "CASH ONLY" companies. Not recommended. Will not use TAXI TAXI again.
