When we first rented from Sunbelt I thought that I would be renting from them again. As long as we only used it for 8 hr. they were only going to charge us for 1 day. On Monday we called them and asked them if we could have it for one more day. They then proceeded to tell us if we kept it for the extra day we would have to pay for 3 days. I called them back up and said that was not the original agreement. They agreed to let us pay for only 2 days and come pick it up. On Tuesday afternoon my wife looked at our bank account and realized that they had withdrawn $626.95. Keep in mind I they already withdrew $273.92 for 1 day. When I called them up they said "Oh the employee you talked to was under the impression that you wanted it for a week. She isn't here you'll have to call back in the morning." I had just talked to her that afternoon and she said she was only going to charge us for the 2 days. To say the least I will not be renting from them again!
