Sunbelt rentals is a Great place to rent tools, big and small. Whether you need to do some major drilling in concrete or need to clean out or unclog pipes (bathroom size pipes to industrial sized pipes) or need a scissor lift they've pretty much got you covered. In short, Sunbelt Rentals has a solution to help you complete most projects you may need to do at home or at work. The people who work there are all very friendly and helpful. The customer service is excellent. We have used them several times for multiple types of projects and each time we needed some help they generally went above and beyond their call of duty. They sometimes will give you a few complimentary days of rental for things like scissor lifts I think (that was our experiences anyway) and they really work with you. So this review is being written as a thank you to them for their service and a recommendation to y'all who may need some tools and gizmos and gadgets and don't want to spend a fortune to get them. We have rented from Sunbelt Rentals in Snellville for years. Our last visit was not good. The sales person had an attitude and was not at all helpful. They were not rushed or being pushed to serve other people -- we were the only customer in the store. We left without the equipment that we needed. We will not be going back to Sunbelt. read more

I would not rent tools from this company. We rented a chipper from them and when we got to the site where we were using it, it did not work at all. When we called to tell them they said they would not rent us another one and that we just needed to perform some maintenance on it. Not just simple maintenance either. They wanted us to take it apart. We called another location and told them what happened and they told us to bring it to them and they would exchange it for us. So we had to drive to this location in Snellville to exchange. Meanwhile, our 24 hour rental period is ticking away. (no it did not start over, the machine was still due to return as the original rental period). We got back to the site, and used it for about 2 hours and it started smoking really bad. And no we were not trying to chip anything large...just some limbs. By that time both locations were closed so we could not exchange or return. When we returned it to Snellville location in the morning as soon as they opened and told them what happened and asked if we could get either a partial refund since we only used it for 2 hours or if we could get additional free time, they said they would have to look at the machine to determine if it was our fault that it quit working. More than a week later they called us and told us we had to pay for the belt that we had damaged. Again, more than a week later. Ridiculous! Such horrible customer service. Their tools are not good quality either. read more
