From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

The stars of the move was Derek and his team. They were polite, professional, and quick. They made sure every piece of furniture was protected and moved with care. We had no scratches, dents or damages to our furniture. Upon them leaving everything was setup as if we already had furniture in our new home. Thank you guys for your professionalism! Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here.
