She reached out to me a week before our yacht day and there were some concerns she had with the yacht I originally booked and she called me with a solution already which was such relief for me. Many times when there are issues, people don't always have a solution right away, but she did and the yacht was awesome. We had a yacht with a jet ski and my husband had the best time. Captain Joe was so much fun. I will definitely be doing this again and will use Starlux in the future.

Captain Alain was VERY patient, kind, courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Him and his crew were professional and had excellent communication throughout the whole reservation process. I found these guys on Yelp and decided to call them to see if there was any last minute availability. To my surprise, they had a tour available for the following day, our last day in Miami. That same night I got a call from the owner. I was dreading answering the phone because I thought for sure it was them calling to cancel on us because of some unforeseen circumstances. But I was wrong! The owner called to let us know that he had an even better tour (one more suitable for what we were trying to do) at a much more convenient time! I really appreciate that they thought to call us and offer us the more beneficial package. I should add that the owner was super kind and helped me throughout the entire booking process. He was very patient with me while I struggled to book online. There site is super easy to navigate, I'm just not tech-savvy. When we did go out on our tour, we were given the greatest captain/instructor. Captain Sasha was so sweet and funny and knowledgeable. It was my first time snorkeling and he walked me through everything and made it all so simple. He was kind enough to take a ton of wonderful photos of my friend and me while we snorkeled. He let us take our time and enjoy ourselves and was such a pleasure. He even gave us a tour of the area which I know he did not have to do. I am so glad that we went with these guys during our time in Miami. Highly recommend them! Thanks again!

I planned my trip last minute and Agata was quick with emails helping me find a time that would work best. Once we arrived to Miami the weather looked like it was going to be bad. Agata stayed in touch with me throughout the day before updating me on the weather. When she realized that the weather will be nicer in the afternoon (we were going to sail in the morning) she asked the people from the afternoon if they'd be willing to sail on a different day. How nice is that?!? I was so impressed. Now sail day... Migeul was so kind and friendly and we enjoyed every minute on the sailboat. He's a great chef, sailor, and tour guide :) our food was fresh and delicious. Overall this trip couldn't be more perfect.
