The wrapped sandwiches served during the trip were satisfactory, and the boat was already stocked with ice and water. However, the boat itself was disappointing--dirty and smelly beyond expectations. The bathroom, kitchen sink, and sleeping area desperately needed a thorough cleaning with bleach. Considering the cost of our 3-hour trip, this was quite a letdown. Something about being on a boat, sunbathing, drinking champagne, jet-skiing, and jumping into the water for a swim jumpstarts your vacation mode. Working with Cesar and Party on a Boat was a breeze. The communication quick. He emails you a document with photos of your options and the pricing is straightforward. Everything can be customized so if you want them to have food/drinks/djs/water activities set for you, you just let them know. The pickup location is also really convenient. One of the best things was that it was BYOB so if you feel like bringing your own food, snacks, alcohol and drinks, you totally can! This boat rental is amazing! Sooooo much fun! We booked them for a bachelorette party of 17 girls! On the day of there were some pretty bad thunderstorms but they had kept in touch with us in regards to whether we would be able to go out! LUCKILY the weather cleared up and we had an AMAZING day! We rented one of their 50 foot catamarans for 17 of us! They gave us a bar tender, a guide and a captain! Allowed us to play our own music while we were out and anchored at an awesome sand bar where they allowed us to float and swim! This past weekend we rented the 50' Catamaran for my sister's and future brother-in-law's joint bachelor & bachelorette getaway. From inquiring months way before our trip to till the day of our boat tour, Cesar has been very patient and hospitable. He was able to accommodate our needs and answer all of our numerous questions. He responded right away either through email or via phone. On the day of our tour, we were kind of concerned if it would possibly rain or be way too hot. We were a bit worried that we were not going to arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour, per the itinerary, but got there to much time. If only there was shade somewhere on the marina while waiting to board the catamaran. There was a bit confusion on who our captain would be at first, but it turns out our captain was awesome. Not only was she awesome, the bartender and the mate as well! Overall, it was the highlight of our Saturday in Miami. Even though we weren't raging, it was the perfect way to relax and take it easy after a night out. We couldn't have wished for a great way to spend our Saturday on the water with a breeze and a quick dip. Had such a great time celebrating my husband's 30th birthday on the 50' Altamar yacht - the boat was pristine and the captain and bartender were so friendly and hospitable! We enjoyed hanging out on the sand bar and catching the sunset over the city. We did a half day from 4-8pm which was plenty of time to enjoy being on the boat. Highly recommend this experience!! *EDIT* (I'm not sure how to respond to the response provided but your email stated accidents happen and did not address my safety concerns and that we can get 50% off OUR NEXT BOOKING not 50% off the one we just had.) This companies inability to take responsibility and care for safety is disheartening. They hire very inexperienced captains (Fun operator? Yeah. Knowledgable? Nope.) My father is a captain. I grew up on the water and spend every weekend on a boat. We were on vacation and used Party On A Boat Rentals. First red flag was I had to ask where the life jackets were, he didn't have them out and visible. The boat then got stuck in the sand (accidents happen, I totally understand) though I asked the captain if he had checked the tide schedule and he laughed stating he has never done that (any captain knows you never go out without checking). He had us get out and help him push (I had to ask if he would turn the propellers off since we were pushing right behind them). After being stuck on the water for hours he had a tow come. The tow advised that he had sand stuck in there and to drive slowly, he said he was hungry so he chose not to listen and drive fast, by doing so the engine blew and we were in the middle of the ocean in the pitch black. We rented the boat for 4 hours but ended up out there for 9. It also seems he forgot to rent the jetski because his girlfriend and her friend showed up late on theirs and let us ride one for the hour we had rented. Them showing up late is what caused us to get stuck in the sand as it was now low tide. I'm not mad that accidents occurred but that the captain didn't know what he was doing and the company brushed off my complaints. read more

Rented the catamaran for four hours for a birthday with about 30 people and they made it so much fun. We got the "package" that included unlimited food and alcohol. They had mojitos when we got on board and never stopped the alcohol from flowing and had more than enough food. Organizers were easy to communicate with before the trip as well. AMAZING TIME!!! We did leave about 20 min late, not due to any reason within my group. I was not happy about that but I didn't mention it. The captain of the boat was not Cesar but after Cesar found out, he was very apologetic and absolutely made it right! I was very happy with that, he has superb customer service. The sail itself was wonderful!! The crew was nice. Snacks were as expected. Bartender was great! They assisted us very well with jumping off and getting on the boat. Cesar was amazing to work with. He was very responsive in the onset of inquiring about rental until the day the catamaran departed. The 60 foot catamaran was spacious and the crew was fun and welcoming. We did a four hour tour and while a few of us had a flight to catch, they have no problem heading back to the dock to drop some folks out and then depart in the opposite direction. They provided light snacks, waters, sodas and mimosas (to say the least). This was a really great experience and the views from the bay were amazing!! read more
