It also put us a day behind in getting car repaired. A phone call would have been appreciated...instead I sat secure in the knowledge it had been towed when in fact it had not been. At first the messages came and went. Within a few days they appeared every time the auto stop feature engaged at red lights. I brought the car back on 11/20. Almen charged almost 200 dollars to reset codes in the system. These codes were tied to the braking system, which is the same area they worked on. The car had no computer issues before the original service. I should not have been charged to correct a problem that began right after their work. The experience was disappointing. I paid for a repair and then paid again to fix an issue caused during that repair.

We can't say enough good things about this business. We had a tire literally burst on our RV at 6…read morepm on a Friday night when there was a huge race at Bristol. We called at least 10 businesses trying to get help without success. This man came out, removed the wheel, took it to his shop and replaced the tire so that we still had a spare, and put the wheel back on. The price he charged for the tire was the same as we usually pay and the service call was totally reasonable. He was pleasant and polite. We are both in our 70's and changing this in 90+ degree heat was not an option. If he had not come out, our only option would be a huge towing fee to pull the trailer to a shop. It was proof that compassionate, ethical and competent people still exist.
