Returning a rug to Amazon that was rolled up in a long clear bag. The bag opened a LITTLE at the…read moretop seam, so little that the rug wouldn't nearly fit through it but I asked for a 2 inch MAXIMUM length of a piece of tape, and the woman who was "helping" me said my options were to buy a whole roll or pay $2 for the 2 inch piece of tape. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and laughed... I had to repeat it back to her... "wait, just the smallest little piece so it doesn't get caught on something and rip open completely is going to cost me a whole roll of tape or $2???" She said, "that's correct" so I continued to laugh and I left. I've had other UPS stores tape boxes for me, pack things, give me the box for free even if shipping is extreme... this place is heinous. Go to another UPS - luckily there are a lot in our area. Don't give these people your business.
