I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store! The location is super convenient and easy to find. The staff are fantastic--friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. They always make my visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! Even on chaotic busy days as this is definitely an understaffed location the staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. The clerk (Tom) is rude, arrogant, unfriendly and unprofessional. Every time I walk through the door and see him as the ONLY person working there, I regret going in. He does not belong in customer service as he has no "people skills". I left and went to the UPS Store in Ramsey, where the person working there was friendly, helpful and professional. read more

How can a UPS store get a one star review? The package got delivered. My shipment was arranged over the phone. I have to admit I agreed to the charges the first two phone calls. i was told they were going to cut down a wardrobe box; they did not. Why it takes three phone calls to agree to a price is wrong already. I never agreed to the third price as it was not told to me. I guess let the buyer beware is the mantra. Classic shipping scam, use too big of a box to get paid for shipping air. The delivery driver was great. If you are in Mahwah, avoid this store. read more

By far the worst ups I ever been to. I walked inside not knowing that the new line starts right where the door entry is because nobody was at the counter. As I'm walking in, barely even in the store a guy stops me and says I'm in front of you I'm next. I said oh I didn't know , but I'm not here for services I came empty handed with no packages I just came to ask a question & leave. He still proceeded to argue with me and I literally told him stop freaking Talking to me because your a stranger and I just said I didn't know but I'm NOT here for services just a question. As I proceed to the front, where it's empty. The MANAGER Dylan Jameson tells me he's not answering a question till he services the man in front of me. He then starts to insult me to the customer making jokes asking "how old were you when you learned to stand on line? 2?" Trying to make jokes about me. After the man left he still continued to IGNORE me and not service me saying the reason being that I was rude to the customer that was in front of me when in fact he was rude to me first and stopped me with his packages in his hands. The manager then skips me and proceeds to help the Caucasian lady and her son and tells me he won't assist me at all and go to another store. I recorded videos and called corporate right then and there and sent the videos to them. I will be posting on facebook, Twitter & Instagram. I felt discriminated. At this point I slipped down my mask slightly to take a deep breathe bc my anxiety that I was diagnosed with was through the roof and I felt embarrassed and like I was going to faint. I immediately put it back on, then he said u took ur mask off in my store ... YEAH AFTER BEING ANTAGONIZED FOR THE LAST 20 MINS IN FROMT OF ALL THESE PEOPLE. This was all uncalled for and the customer service was terrible and unwelcoming with no indications that the line starts at the entry of the door. He then insulted me again and said how much are you getting paid to be here ? Nothing. Just because I told him this is his job that he gets PAID to fulfill. Rude rude rude! Not only are they rude but they are remodeling the store during business hours making the entire transaction worse than it had to be. The store closes at 5:30 pm why not do the renovations then? Finally, if you're going to send my package with the US POSTAL SERVICE then you should know how much the "surcharge" you are passing on to the customer. Since the former owner John sold out the place is so/so. I've been there at least a half dozen times to FAX something and it never goes through. They always blame the other recipients machine but I go straight to Staples and no problem, they need a new FAX machine. read more

The previous owner (John) was awesome. Extremely professional and helpful. Now that there are new owners, I try to avoid this UPS store. Most of the employees are nice but there's a woman (the owner) who nickels and dimes customers to death. She wanted to charge me 2 dollars for a small piece of tape. Yesterday I saw her charge an elderly woman one dollar for what was basically a post it note. A shameless disgrace my opinion. Instead of cultivating loyal customers and repeat business, this owner only seems interested in the quick nickel. I'm so turned off by her business practices that I try to avoid this UPS as much as possible. read more

I ship pottery. John, the young man in this store has NEVER let me down; I've been using him for at least 5 years. He packs as if his own priceless possessions are in that box. Nothing has arrived broken. Plus, he's friendly and helpful and just all around nice. I have postponed shipping for a day just to be able to use the services of this store.
