It was a lot of our first times doing archery and they made it pretty simple. We were also a big group and we each felt like we had an appropriate amount of attention. Everyone also wore masks and hand sanitizer was available for use. There was adequate parking out front. The waiting space was kind of small but there was plenty of room in the range to line up for the targets and hang your possessions. They had various different games for us to play to keep our attention. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely go again.

We checked out the store and when they were fished with the other customers, they approached us. We told them we wanted a backyard bow. I've ordered several items this way from Vance's at the Hebron store and was always greeted by the CS person at the counter and taken right back to pick up my items. Upon arrival at the Cleveland Ave store, I informed the front desk I had an order ready for pickup and the lady referred me to Gayle, who is the IOP rep and should be familiar with the process. I informed Gayle I had an order ready for pickup and also had an appointment time scheduled. She told me to take a number. I kindly informed her again that I had an appointment time confirmed. She rudely said, "That's nice, but you need to take a number"and then proceeded to grab a number at the gun counter for me. She handed it to me and stormed off. After waiting about 20 min for my number to be called, Courteny called my number. While doing my paperwork, I asked her what the process was for order pickup with a confirmed appt time. She kindly informed me the front counter should have given me a buzzer and a light at the gun counter would flash and the buzzer would go off when my item was ready. I told her of the ordeal I had with Gayle and she again informed that is NOT the process for pickup in my situation. Courteny was a so kind and knowledgeable. If not for Courteny saving the day, I would have left zero stars for the way I was treated by Gayle.

Always new tools coming in and often my visit ends in finding something too good to pass up. The inside of the store is absolutely stacked and lined with firearms and accessories, fun stuff to look at, wood paneled walls, hilarious signs and wall art. It's a homey, cabin like place that and feels like a breath of fresh air compared to the corporate, fluorescent-lit, sterile environments of larger retailers you find in the city. Im sure if I were a fisherman, I'd find even more here that would keep me coming back but, my focus was on all the tools they have for sale. I signed up for yelp just to make this review! Typically I do not engage in comments or reviews but I wanted to give this place a shout in hopes more people support their business.
