They helped us accelerate are custom order, plan out a phased remediation, and then push supplies to provide accurate updates on deliver dates. A full-size truck with a good driver can get into the front units at this facility.

I saw only one unfortunate and uneducated review where in the customer was using the facility but…read morenot paying their bill on time if at all, and felt I'd better speak up in order to give a more balanced review. The other viewer had the nerve to be critical of the owner for being upset about the effective theft of service. You'll notice that the reviewer didn't mention their stuff being sold at auction because they were in default on the rental contract - the course of action one might find with any number of other storage facilities. For the record, my organization has used Buckeye Storage for many years (somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 years) without issue. I'd suggest others take the other review for what it is... a disgruntled customer who was in the wrong. Buckeye Storage provides us high quality service and in turn we pay our agreed upon bills... that's how that works in the grown-up world. :)

My Husband and I are renting a storage unit with this place. We have no where else to put our stuff…read moreat the moment due to me getting ready to have our 1st child at anytime now. My Husband was let go from his job due to it being seasonal work. He's in between jobs at the moment and it's tough for sure. We have talked to the owner of these units and tried to work something out with her and all she could do is be down right rude with us and tell us we're making up excused and tried saying that my Husband is getting unemployment when he's not. She has no say in what our household is doing at the moment. We've been on time with our payments and she has to be like this due to the holidays. She tried to throw in her two sense about her lifestyle being a single parent and all she's getting is income from owning the storage units. First off we don't need to hear her sob stories cause everyone is having struggles right now due to the holidays and jobs being difficult to find. If we could move our stuff to another storage unit we would if we had the extra money to do so. She was nice in the beginning but now she's a person I wouldn't want to ever talk to again. I know she needs the money as well but she doesn't need to go around assuming what others are doing about their personal lifestyles. To me this would not be a storage place I would recommend to anyone that is looking for one. She's just flat out rude.

Planned to have my senior citizen father moved by this company. I told them I wanted to pay and…read morethey said that it would be taken care of at the completion of the move. The never contacted me for payment and instead took my fathers credit card before the move began - this would have been reasonable if this were clearly expressed when I offered to give my credit card before the move, but I was told it would be after. Then, mid-move, they thought they saw a bedbug on my fathers mattress. They stopped the move and left his mattress in the basement of his apartment building leaving him with nowhere to sleep. They claimed that he told them to do this, but according to him, they told him they would do that because it would be easier for him to move it and he said "ok". Too bad this is completely illogical considering he is alone and 73 years old. I then called them and was told that I was ridiculous for thinking that I could move when we had bedbugs even though I had no knowledge of a current bedbug problem. I then hired an exterminator who came and found that there are in fact no bed bugs and they must have mistaken the carpet beetle larvae for dead bedbugs. Reckless and unkind.
