Honestly I'm blown away with how amazing this place is!! I walked in today for the first time and the vibe was just great. Sarah was so friendly and so helpful. I haven't tanned in years and she was so patient and made sure I felt comfortable. It's so clean inside. They have so many extra things you don't even normally realize that you need. A basket of stuff in the room, cold towel for you, clean and sanitized googles and they even hold your lotion so you will never forget it! Highly recommend this place!!!! read more

The tanning sessions are fast and very effective. The staff is professional, informative, courteous, and friendly. While the beds are effective they are showing some wear. Probably the worst tanning salon in the country. I wouldn't return to this place if you paid me. First off it is filthy. Secondly the machine's are all old and cracked (as you can see in my check in picture). Third the girls working there have little to no knowledge of tanning and the equipment they have. As far as they are concerned all the machines tan the same, just some have higher wattage and therefore tan you faster. Fourth they have low grade machines because the building they are in doesn't have the necessary power to run the good beds that you find everywhere else. This is the first time I have ever gone to a place with such high Yelp ratings and been soooo dissapointed. I am not sure how they managed to get their rantings but I can assure you something isn't kosher. Yelp should investigate these fraudulent reviews. read more

I just have the first/ basic package because I'm not always consistent with coming in and the beds still surprisingly work really well! I usually come in with the manager named Sarah and she is absolutely amazing. I came in today with an older lady working who had bleached white hair and she was absolutely horrible and didn't listen to what I had to say. She said she would rather me get a custom airbrush tan that costs $20 more rather than give me a bronzer in the mystic tan which is $6. I will probably be cancelling my monthly membership of $96/month strictly because of this lady. read more

I love this place! The staff are super helpful and always looking to give me a deal/discount. They are clean. I use the level 3 standup and it took me 10 days, 2 days on 1 day off, to get a good tan. The prices are a bit high for their products (lotions) but who's aren't in a salon setting!! The tanning beds are always clean and ready to go!! Who goes tanning when they live in Arizona? Okay...well I hate to admit it but I DO! I mean, I only get 2 days off a week. How can you really spend the adequate amount of time needed at the pool to look less ghostly while also conquering the 'to-do' list. Plus...its just SO DAMN HOT!!! But seriously, coming from Michigan where I used to tan quite a bit (I know...death by faux rays), this place is AMAZING! I searched tanning salons on line and found Sunchain and loved their location (super close to yoga!) and their online special-10 days unlimited for $10! The ladies at this location are SO nice and the place is very clean. I fell in love and decided to sign up for an unlimited monthly membership for a whopping $24/month. Are you serious? It is easily twice that up in the mitten (MI). Highlights: Clean No waits Cool Nice girls (not gross and annoying like some I have been to that are closer to ASU West) They offer you a frozen washcloth! They offer you a 'freshen basket' with all kinds of things to get you refreshed post-tan Water in the waiting area Jolly Ranchers on the beds If you are going to tan, tan somewhere that makes you feel slightly less bad about the damage you are doing! I was looking for a spray tan near me and I came across Sunchain tanning. I had a mystic spray tan and it was amazing!! The staff was very sweet, great at explaining the steps, and I felt comfortable!! I wasn't sure at first- the spray doesn't show up for about 3 hours then it definitely shows color and the right amount of color!!! Other machines that I have been used to, immediately after I had a dark (orange) unnatural color on for hours but this machine is the opposite!!! It's awesome!
