Not so fantastic, actually. ENTER Omega Electrical -- OMEGA *these* guys were fantastic. As I'm not so well versed with electrical components, I figured I'd hire a pro and Omega was professional and responsive both on Yelp and on the day of service. Over the course of two (2) service days and just under $500, Omega was able to install my ChargePoint Home Flex to charge my car fully in just under 9 hours! He walked us through his plan and recommended to have the charger close to the garage gate so we can charge whether the car is inside or outside the garage. Hired Esther and her worker Jose to do some floating shelves for our kitchen. When they came to…read moregive me an estimate they saw my backsplash was completed and the brackets were already mounted. I clearly said I just needed the wooden shelves and for them to be mounted. They agreed and called me when they were ready to come install. Upon installation the guy had an extreme difficult time because they claimed we had the incorrect brackets. Mind you they knew that from the start because they came and saw them. And I said I was not going to demolish anything and I wanted them with what I already had. Long story short they were at my home from 8a-11:30pm. I made sure to voice my frustration to her and all she would say was "me too" "us too" and just comments like that. Never once did she apologize. Instead she said "I'm not going to apologize to you for wanting to leave your house looking perfect!" She made us demolish the backsplash around the brackets and made us buy new brackets. When I told her it was already costing me more and it was such an inconvenience she said "it's not even that much" literally that's the type of answers she would give me. She would then switch her convo to "omg I already have a vision to what we can do to your backyard" literally I don't know what made her think I would even consider her for any future projects. Keep in mind my husband did the demo and at the end she wanted to charge me for the "labor and time her guys were there" I said excuse me!!! The fact that they've been here this long is not my fault. You guys agreed to do the job and then made us do all this extra stuff and I still have to pay you extra!?!? My home was left super dusty it was just the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Then she tried to humiliate my husband saying "she called me because you couldn't do the job for her HAHAHAHAHA" that was very uncalled for. She also said she wanted to record me when I was upset for her movie that she's making. It was the absolute worse. The one star is for Jose because he actually apologized and gave me some insight on how things were. She just kept saying that my home was going to be perfection and perfect this and that.
