Exceptional doctor. Very skilled and knowledgeable and has helped me with many health issues. Few have compassion like Dr. Diana.

The physical required was quite thorough and intense as per the requirements of the company hiring (they pay for this medical visit). I was impressed at how the process moved along and there was no down time waiting in rooms between required exams (eye, hearing, EKG, chest x-ray, blood and urine work-!). I was also very impressed when this facility reached out to me a few days after all these tests to let me know one of the tests was showing a reading for high cholesterol. Now, the 3rd party vendor in charge of requiring all these exams didn't bother to tell me about this result, because I guess it was not an area they cared about as much as things like clearing the drug test. The 3rd party vendor let me know about 2 minor things I had to clear for employment purposes, but never mentioned the cholesterol result. Sitting here now I can say I am really impressed with the integrity of this medical facility to care enough about the person going through the intense round of medical requirements to give them some useful information even though they are getting paid by the 3rd party vendor and really could probably just skate by forwarding the info directly to them and not bothering to inform the person who was sent there by the 3rd party vendor. Everyone was very professional and good their job. I would highly recommend this place for care and their prices are posted on a sign right out in the lobby so you know what you are looking at for drop in or urgent care walk in services.

They were able to process my out of state insurance for me, but even if not covered their prices were reasonable and posted in the lobby. From the medical assistants to the doctor, I could not have been in better hands. I highly recommend this office!

In the past here I have found Doctors who accuse me of things which have no basis in fact and they seem disinterested in learning what my realities are. We shall see at and after my next visit.

I updated this review, after receiving a response from the owner on a different platform…read more ***UPDATE*** I'd like to start by saying that I can admit when I have made a mistake. I did not need a breakdown of how a deductible works... I understand that. I simply didn't see the date on the statement (which was from the appointment where I left feeling down and unsupported by my physician). All of this, including my 1 star review, could have probably been avoided had someone simply answered the phone one of the dozens of times I called, months ago. I have paid this balance in full to your practice, despite Dr. Chan's poor bedside manner. That being said, I awaited an alleged text you said in your first voicemail to me, Dr. Rashmi, that you would leave to schedule a better time to talk. As I work full-time overnights at the hospital, and go to school full-time during the day, I would have liked the opportunity to discuss my feelings with you... but the text to your "app" never came. Secondly, I find it interesting that you claimed to "not discuss personal health on a public platform," yet you then falsely implied that I use one of the "many injectable medications." I am not now, nor have I ever, injected myself with any medication for weight loss (Ozempic, Mounjaro, etc.). Again, had you taken the time to simply review my chart you'd know that. Thank you for providing yet another example of a time when your practice jumped the gun before simply double-checking. It would have taken less than 2 minutes time to simply walk me back to the scale and confirm my weight that day. There's no excuse. However, I do appreciate and thank you for your constant need to make excuses for your husband. (EDITED ORIGINAL) I'm leaving this 1 star review after countless unanswered phone calls, and even text messages. I'd like to start by saying that I was referred to this practice by a friend who sees Dr. Shanthi and had nothing but great things to say about her. I made an appointment (which took over 3 days of trying to get someone to answer their phone) and was "assigned" to Dr. Chan. Initially, he seemed like I had finally found the perfect fit for a PCP. I began my weight loss journey with him and made my dedication to this very clear at my first appointment. I had to come back every month to reweigh and reassess, as I was taking medication to help. One day, I came to weigh in, and the nurse told me I hadn't lost any weight at all. When Dr. Chan came, he simply stated, "So you're not gonna be a good candidate for this medication anymore. Maybe we can try again in a few months when you're ready again." I honestly was shocked that no one ever thought to simply re-weigh me. This is especially shocking because at the first weigh-in, I lost 7lbs, then 10lbs, and then 11lbs. But no one ever questioned 0lbs... weird. When I got home and weighed myself I HAD, in fact, lost weight. I know my scale at home is different than theirs and blah blah blah, but to tell me I had lost 0lbs was incorrect. To completely give up on me and not even try to get to the bottom of what was wrong made me feel like my doctor had zero faith in me, and like he really just needed to move on to his next appointment. I told him I still wanted to continue on with this journey and would be back in a month to follow up (and essentially prove myself). Yet, when he walked me back to the front office, he told the lady at the checkout window, "No follow-up." So now he didn't even care to see me anymore for this as he had, in fact, obviously given up on me. I made a follow-up appointment anyway, as I wanted to prove I could continue on without the medication. However, everything mentioned above really resonated with me. I made an appointment with a different weight loss clinic. I have continued to lose weight and am now below 200lbs -for the first time in years. If I had given up on myself like Dr. Chan, I probably would be back to my original weight right now.

First time visit and went for bloodwork since it was nearby. All was fine (courteous,…read moreprofessional, nice facility) except we had to wait 30 minutes to get the blood drawn and there was only one person ahead of us. It turns out that is because in "off season" (early June) they only have one nurse on duty. So, just be aware that there could be more of a wait than you would expect, but it does save a trip to town. You do need a signed order from a doctor to get the bloodwork done.

I came here to have them rewrap it (I get very queezy with anything medical) the PA, Yuliya, scoffed that I hadn't changed the dressing (the er told me to leave it alone because it was broken, also I am one handed). She then proceeded to unwrap everything and cut off what she couldn't unwrap and was extremely rough with my broken finger!! She proceeded to tell me to daily unsplint it and rewrap it. The first er I went to told me not to unsplint it because it was broken and needed to stay stable. As she was being extremely rough moving and pulling the wrap against my finger, I told her it hurt and reminded her it was broken. She said I know. The nurse offered to help her and she ignored her and continued. I cried the rest of the afternoon from how much pain she inflicted. My finger was throbbing and I could feel intense pain where it is broken at. I called a family member who is a RN to vent and she was appalled at the behavior and actions.
