Keith, the owner, personally took expert care of my Evinrude warranty problems as well as a few other irksome items left over from several prior years at other dealerships and repair facilities. It was summer and he had me out in a couple days - you boaters know how long the waits are. And his price was really nice. He sure knows Evinrude. I went back months later with a stupid, but complex, problem of my own making. We had a laugh, he got to the bottom of it, and right out in the parking lot he grabbed some tools and fixed it.
