When returned, to my driveway, it was not cleaned and the deck repair was cut with a Sawzall instead of circular saw, so David Zall, Service Manager at LMC Marine Center told me. They sold the boat without telling any notice, so I decided to get my money back. The owner Mark McNamara This guy told me that check for $1,300 will be mailed to my house in the end of October 2019. I have been checking my mailbox everyday. No surprise. Nothing was sent from him. The owner Mark keeps telling me a lie, keeps ignoring my phone call. I even talked to all his employees (Pete, Sam, and Steph) know that what Mark is doing is not right thing to do. I have added a picture of text message from the owner Mark. He said, "Why I would I send you a check for $1300? you paid $1,200" and "This whole transaction smells of fraudulent activity" so I posted my Bank of America transaction that KO sailing received $1300. and I told him can you proof you only have received $1,200? Of course there are plenty of boats on display, both new and pre-owned available for purchase. Don't be surprised if you see a truck and boat with matching paint jobs, Not in the mood to look at boats- no problem! There is a variety of vendor tents for you browsing pleasure. I've seen boat shoes, tote bags, nautical decor, jewelry and more being sold. Make sure to show up to the show with an appetite. There are several delicious food trucks on site and plenty of tables and chairs for dining. There is also several outdoor bars to take care of all your drinking needs. If you are lucky- maybe you will hear one of the local bands up on the stage located near the main outdoor bar. Wasted away again in Margaritaville, anyone? The show isn't just outside and on the water. Make sure to head inside the South Shore Harbour Hotel to attend an educational workshop or seminar. If you are not in the mood to use a porta potty- use the nice clean restrooms located inside the hotel. Rain or shine the boat show must go on! Don't let a little rain keep you from attending. As for parking there is a couple of parking garages. If those fill there is a lot of available grass located across from the hotel.
