My husband requested we pay half and the other half when the job was completed. Mike said they could NOT do this as they could loose their license! The electrical inspector came out and the electrical FAILED the inspection in addition, several things we were charged for were NEVER done. When we've contacted Mike he's promised to come out and never shows up - Its been a year now and Mike has blocked me and the office won't take my calls. i've left messages that I thought we'd been very patient. Then they charged me 150 dollars because they saw a tesla car parked in my yard even without asking who was this person coming. He was encouraged to pay by the guy without knowing anything. I called to request refund but they refused and threatened to give a lien to me. I called the police about this. It was an unauthorized work, they cannot charge me without a quote or consent. I messaged to the guy reasoning a week ago. No response, so here is the bad review. Will complain everywhere I could.

Before he said he could begin he said he had to look at the electrical panel to make sure it was safe. He took the cover off and proceeded to tell me I need a new panel, had multiple problems. The panel is fine, but he did find 2 ground wires on the neutral which I thanked him for. I asked him if he would fix the simple problem with the fan control, said he didn't have the part. Universal parts are available for $29 on Amazon, he carried nothing on his truck. After I told him to put my cover back on my panel, he did, then gave me an estimate for $425. This company MAY be a good choice for large projects, but I would never call them for common problems. He was more intersted in selling me work on my panel or a new panel. When I said I would not go ahead with the work (grossly over priced) he then informed me of the $49.95 for the service call. Which I paid and then asked him to leave.
