We did Radiesse to sharpen and contour my jawline so it looks like it can cut glass but in a feminine way and also added half a syringe of Juvederm Volbella filler to my lips for volume and those pesky lines. When you see a specialist--especially for a complex condition--you are looking not only for medical expertise, but also for empathy, attention, and guidance. Unfortunately, I found none of that here. From the very beginning, the experience was poor. I would drive nearly an hour to the office, wait another hour (at best), only to be seen for what felt like a literal 2 minutes. The first minute was often spent with the doctor asking how he could help me--despite the fact that his team had already asked dozens of questions beforehand. It was clear he had not reviewed my chart or even confirmed that I was an existing patient. The second minute consisted of no real examination--no physical check, no observation--just a quick instruction to continue the treatment. I was prescribed Humira injections, but when I recently started experiencing adverse reactions, the lack of care became even more concerning. I contacted the office, provided photos, and explained that the reaction had subsided but that I urgently needed guidance on whether to continue the treatment. Instead of addressing the situation, they insisted I schedule another appointment. I asked for a more convenient time and specifically requested interim guidance about the medication. I never received a response. This is how patients are treated here: like numbers, like revenue--not like human beings dealing with serious health conditions. I would never recommend this clinic or Dr. Zook to anyone. Thankfully, I am now under the care of a much more attentive and compassionate doctor and starting a new treatment plan, as continuing the previous one without proper medical guidance was not an option. I sincerely hope others don't have to go through such a frustrating and careless experience.

My secondary insurance, BC/BS has called them more than a handful of times to tell them how to correct this claim matter (by sending them a clinical edit form), and they refuse to do it. The insurance tells them they can not bill me because I do not owe this amount. it is between the Dermatology and the insurance to correct but they do not listen to that either. I continue to get threats of collections from them. But I do not owe this! So frustrating!

They take time to listen to our concerns. A rare find in the medical arena! I am a native Floridian and grew up on the beach before sunscreen was cool. Laura Millns helped me develop a plan of treatment for addressing several pre cancer areas particularly on my face and neck. I am very satisfied with the Levulan and Blue Light treatment. It resolved beginning problems and identified advanced pre cancer areas that I followed up with more aggressive meds. Try the ZO Sunscreen and Primer with only titanium dioxide. My skin likes it and it blends well with other make up. Adults now, Laura has been both an educator and a trusted confidant as our teens progressed through the difficult acne years.
