What drew me to them were the great reviews, and they definitely lived up to the hype. Right from our first conversation, John was super detailed, never rushed me, and answered all my many questions with zero fluff. He was always quick to return calls, and his crew was awesome--really polite and great about cleaning up all the construction mess. Even when we hit a supply chain issue with the panels, John was totally straightforward and went way out of his way to sort things out, even though it wasn't his fault. To top it off, his price beat everyone else by a mile. He really has his act together, and I'm super confident his company will be around for the long haul if I ever need future repairs. We needed to find a company to remove & reinstall our panels we lease from Sunrun, so we could get our roof replaced. I called around and Helios gave a very good quote, compared to all the others I called. The woman I spoke to initially, Leslie, was informative and cordial. I then spoke with john, who was very responsive with most of my calls answered promptly by John just saying "Hello, Cheryl", which not only saved time on introductions but made me feel this company is personable and pays attention to who their customers are. Helios solar energy had the proper insurance and was promptly approved by Sunrun. They came out a couple of days before our roof work began and got the panels put back up on our new roof about a week following our roof install. The crew was respectful and efficient and cleaned up all the debris. There were some issues with how Sunrun installed the panels and some extra parts needed to be purchased for Helios Solar Energy to install the panel's properly and up-to-code. I was concerned how this was going to effect the final price but no additional costs were added. Our solar panels are up & generating once again! My review of this company is one of the best I've ever given & 100% deserved! My husband & I highly recommend this company.
