He even made a two hour+ drive to come train our installation crews in-person. Each SunMate panel comes with everything needed to install the system, down to every last screw and bottle of caulk. Update: April 2025…read more So haven't had to deal with Ace for most of 6 months now, that is good. Had ti give up on having the batteries work the way they were sold. They claim it isn't their fault they installed the batteries in an area that gets cold (garage), that I should have known that the batteries they substituted had a cold weather limitation. Additionally, I am finding out that they never submitted all the paperwork when they did the initial install. ACE has not responded to the Mass AG's request for an update, or my request that they submit the paperwork. But they did close the BBB request as "responded". They never responded but they told the BBB they did. So system mostly working, lost a lot of functionality as well as more than a year of the system's ROI. "not their fault", but read the other reviews (that aren't from their employees). They have given up on residential installs, I guess it isn't cost-efficient for them, as they now want to charge to come out and diagnose why the system they installed isn't working. $750 to come out and diagnose why the batteries they sourced, and installed stopped working. Oh, and when you bring up data, i.e. the monitoring system, they still tell you to "ignore it". It doesn't show the whole picture when the system isn't producing power for 2 months. Again, avoid Ace Solar.

Recently, when seeking repairs I was able to get through to Invaleon's answering service, which referred me to Silvermane Solar, a company run by Sven Amirian, the same person who was on all my Invaleon paperwork 3 years before. The office manager at Silvermane told me that Sven started Silvermane after leaving Invaleon in 2018, but that timeline makes no sense since he was on my 2022 paperwork. Unless I get information to the contrary, I'm assuming they started Silvermane just so they can still (over)charge people for repairs while refusing to honor the warranty. Please use any other company but Invaleon.

System design was good - the owner is a technical expert - and installation was quick and professional. Output exceeded the guarantee by a small margin and still does. Service - Over the last 9 years there have been a few minor technical issues but these were electronics-related not installer issues. They've always responded to calls - sometimes it takes a few day but they've never ignored me - and the issue always gets addressed. No one is perfect and Invaleon is no exception but they supplied a good system at a fair price and have performed work to contract.....and been pleasant to deal with. As part of my day job, I deal with big industrial contractors and in comparison with many of them Invaleon has been a pleasure to deal with.
