The national average for this job is $375-$450, and even in Massachusetts, the high end is about $575. I paid $700. I later learned that Nashoba Air & BoilerWorks is owned by Sila Services, backed by Goldman Sachs. This corporate structure adds overhead and drives up prices for customers. I thought I was hiring a local company, but I was wrong -- this is part of a multi-owner corporate platform. After reading other Yelp reviews, it's clear my experience was not unique. He handed me a printout telling me my CO levels were 8% and that low number was good, again, without explanation. I would not recommend this unprofessional company for HVAC service. Please look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

From the start, he was honest, thorough, and transparent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never once tried to upsell us on things we didn't need. We decided to replace both our AC system and gas furnace (after the furnace died on the morning of the first blizzard!) with new American Standard units, and Gill gave us a very fair and reasonable price. While Warrior may not have had "7 trucks ready to finish the job in one day" like some of the larger companies promised, Gill and his team focused on doing the work the right way -- with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
