(This move has been a stressful one for me.) They called to confirm the night before, and on the morning of, my two gents (shout out to Ross and CJ!) showed up 30 mins early. EARLY! That's unheard of in this day and age. I was impressed!!!! It took these two about 3hrs to unload our 16ft POD. I wasn't aware, but they do a 10% military discount. (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept. (Thanks Ken for being an amazing owner that allows that!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS for your moving needs. While this move was out of pocket for us, I hope that they're contracted with the military for our next (and FINAL, hallelujah) move. Ross and CJ, much love to you both. Communication with the company is essentially nonexistent and I have reached out to handle this matter privately but he refuses to respond- The crew showed up 2 hours after the OWNER arranged the time for pack-out. They "didn't know" they were supposed to pack my things in boxes??? And said they couldn't move us because they didn't bring packing material. I tried to contact Jason via text and call (2x) and the crew called Jason as well. He would only communication with the crew and the only way this ever got discussed was because the crew ended up calling him on speaker phone with me there. Ultimately, the crew moved "what they could" and left everything else for us to move ourselves.... While still charging us the full price I was quoted. Being 7 months pregnant, I hired movers to make the process smooth and easy, and boy was it FAR from that. Again, I have reached out and asked Jason to discuss this experience with me and have heard nothing back from him.

They stole from us, nothing major but still the fact that they would take items that don't belong to them was beyond comprehension. When we called them on it, they flat out denied it and the manager said that everyone goes through background checks. No attempt to rectify or try to fix the issue. It was truly disappointing. By the way Yes, I'm sure they go through backgrounds but all that means is that they've never been charged with a crime. The simplest thing to do would have been is to check your truck for our items! We will NEVER use them and please beware! I guess they assume that as military we get reimbursed anyway but wow I can't believe how blatant they where. Please stay away! Especially military. Life threw many curve balls and required me to move back from Richlands to new bern. They moved me again. Amazing service per the usual. everything went into a large shipping container for most part while my new house is being built. James, Melvin and Kenan were so wonderful. Even cracking jokes when I was getting overwhelmed to take my mind off my stress prior to this move, I stopped in office to get more moving supplies. Mr David knew just what I needed. so did Kristen.
