In March 2019 we observed a bubbling of the shutter surface on five of our shutters. We immediately notified the owner of McFadden Designs requesting that the five panels be replace given they were under warranty. To date there has been no satisfactory resolution being stalled, passed over to Hunter Douglas, being passed off from one person to another, stating false claims as to why the shutters are defective. Requests for a replacement is more than justified especially given the $25,000 spend! Poor customer service!
