I can count on one hand how many training sessions that I was unable to make within a year because Rachel made my training fun and do-able. I'm also amazed at the stamina that I now have and the things that I'm now able to do with my body that I wasn't able to do when I first started. My back, ankles and knees no longer hurt me and give me problems. My legs and arms are physically stronger and allows me to do day to day functions without any struggle or pain. One of the many things that I appreciate with Rachel as a trainer is her knowledge and ability to assess and customize the perfect training as well as nutrition plan for you; all trainers do not know nutrition as well as training and believe me good nutrition is 80% of weight loss and healthy living. It is also comforting to know that I am not just another paying customer in a group of hourly/daily trainees but that Rachel has actually sat down and assessed my daily/weekly workout plan before I start my weekly training, she watches me to ensure that I am doing the exercises or using the machines correctly for my safety and to overall ensure that I meet the training goals that we discussed at the onset of our training relationship. If you are looking for that one in a million knowledgeable, punctual, reliable and experienced trainer you should definitely give Rachel a try, I promise you won't regret it and I'm not one that is so easily impressed.

Matt is welcoming and knowledgeable in his field. He thoroughly stepped us through their processes. Nutrition is included which is a plus. This is our first time recording our daily food/drink. It's amazing how you become more aware and accountable! It'a only been a month and we already see results. Matt keeps us moving and 45 minutes flies by. As an Internist practicing for 36 years, I have seen countless patients with back pain and core…read morestrength issues.  I was trained to refer such patients to physical therapy with mostly satisfactory outcomes (I am very choosy about who I refer to).  This past year, after years of jogging, my back developed enough problems that after physical therapy, 2 level spinal fusion, and more physical therapy, I had accepted the improved but residual pain that I was living with. My wife had suggested long ago that I join her in her yoga classes with Amy Tyre, but being stubborn (and male) I declined.  Finally because of her ongoing prodding I decided to join her during a zoom yoga class.  Before submitting to the class, I discussed my back history and limitations with Amy.  She thought for a moment and gave me specific counsel on how to alter some of her instructions to protect my spine from rotating.  I hate to admit it,  but within 2 weeks of 2 x per week yoga classes with Amy, I am totally free of back pain.  I always thought my core strength was excellent and that Yoga was just for stretching and emotional wellbeing-   I WAS WRONG.  My wife was correct.  I plan to recommend Amy's classes to any of my open minded patients who need work on core strength and stretching.
