The inconsistency and lack of honesty were very concerning, and it left us feeling misled rather than supported. Customer service should be straightforward and respectful, especially when making such an important purchase. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. A manager should be able to communicate clearly, listen without interrupting, and treat customers with respect. Chris demonstrated none of those qualities. He is arrogant.
