Maybe some regret on their part. Instead my wife was told that we stained the dress and the cleaners had nothing to do with it. The manager/owner then came out and told my wife that if she didn't like the way they cleaned the dress, don't bother coming back. Ok, no problem with that. When my wife got home and told me about it, I decided to call the store myself. The owner basically said I was lying and that there wasn't anything he could do. He told me that he has run this place for 13 years and he knows what he's doing. I asked him if he ever made a mistake in the 13 years and he hung up on me. We spend over $100 a month for dry cleaning. Village cleaners won't get another nickel from us.
