So the posted hours apparently don't mean anything. I was also told that after 7:30 PM customers are only allowed to wash one load OR dry one load... which makes absolutely no sense. If the real rules are different from what's posted everywhere, maybe start by fixing the signage so customers aren't wasting their time showing up based on incorrect information.
