My realtor used Sunflower Creations to stage our second home, a condo rarely used, in Philadelphia. We live in MA and were alerted that, on May 30h, when the stagers came to take everything back, they broke the toilet and left with the toilet running. 46,000 gallons later, charged to my water bill, the owner refused to take responsibility, was extremely rude and threatening and said i had no proof. Staging my house to sell is certainly no easy chore - it's a small space with a lot of competing colors (I refuse to paint it all white). Sunflower Creations was quick to arrive for a consultation, could more or less meet my short timeframes, and were very friendly. Ultimately they didn't have the full set of pieces in stock that I wanted to match with my quirky little home, but they were wonderful to deal with and I give them TEN stars for integrity.
