I will start by saying that I was able to book on short notice on a holiday in the evening, and that one of the women knew what she was doing; thus the two stars. However, when I arrived I was pressured into accepting a two-person massage for a shorter time than I had originally booked. I reluctantly went along with this but then the second person had no idea what she was doing; she barely applied any pressure, and kept going over the same areas for so long that it actually got uncomfortable. She also kept chatting with the other woman. When I tried to leave a 20% tip, the woman doing the awful massage took it upon herself to charge me two 20% tips, one for each person, so a 40% tip overall. I came here because I was in NEED of a solid massage. I was paired with Kevin who was so amazing, he is very strategic in his method, checks in with you, and seems to be able to connect with your body to understand level of pressure. It is possible the masseuse with get on the table, which he did, and it REALLY made a difference on his movements. I was so happy with his work, I asked for his name so that I can request him. The vibe of this place - it's small, you can hear other massages happening. It's not weird, I don't have a problem with it. IF anything, if you have some anxiety, I think the noises help. I saw some people leave reviews in other places, criticizing their tipping preferences. While I'm usually not one to comment on this, I paid $70 for a 60-minute massage and I tipped $30, totaling $100 for an hour long massage that has been BETTER than massages I've received at Korean spas and Yuan Spa in Bellevue. Those massages START at $135/165, and I only do deep tissue at any place I go. To pay $70 starting for such a thorough massage is AMAZING. To tip low, is NOT. PLEASE tip them. It's clearly a local business and EVERYONE is so sweet. I wouldn't tip less than 20% for a hands on service, they're putting their bodies through this to help us. Side note, open the door slowly - it is lightweight (did I open the door too hard and scared myself with the jingling bell? maybe). I understand times are hard, but please keep it in mind, especially with the current times. I'm so grateful to the people who run this business and provide services at affordable costs. read more

I was out running errands and realized I had time to possibly get a massage. I walked in and they had me in a bed with a massage therapist in 10 minutes. Kevin took care of me and he did an amazing job. it was only $70 for 60 minutes, very well worth it! everyone I interacted with was so sweet, the facility is clean and quiet. they also give you a punch card and you get $30 off after every 10 massages! read more

I have been way off my yelp game recently. I would have swore up and down I wrote a review for this place. I highly recommend this place. Its not a sports massage spot or a place you go for a specific pain, but if you are looking for a nice, fairly relaxing massage for a really good price you cannot do better. I have come here for a 90 minutes couples massage and a 60 minute foot massage. I think both were one of the greatest values I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend. Massages are strong. Relaxation pretty high, but phones ring and you can hear the door open and close, but serious for the price, I could not recommend enough. read more

Excellent massage especially for the price! I was able to be seen day of on a weekday and my masseuse knew exactly what/where was tight for me without needing to ask and provided very deep pressure massage which is my preference. I could tell she was very skilled at what she does. It's so nice it's close by for me and I definitely plan to come back. I'm happy to have found a good massage place to work on my tight muscles that I get often due to the nature of what I do for work and as I am very physically active as well for such a reasonable price. The massage was wonderful. I was greeted immediately and shown to my room after agreeing on the type and duration of the massage. Given limited staffing, my masseuse had to go out and close out a transaction with her previous customer. Not a huge deal for me. The room was very nice and comfortable; however, the walls didn't go to the ceiling, and I could hear the person in the adjacent room wrapping up and getting dressed as I waited for my massage to start. During the massage, my masseuse was very professional and gave a great massage. She regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was right and that the stones were not too hot. The only reason my rating isn't 5-star is that when I wanted to pay at the end, I gave my masseuse a $20 tip, and she told me it should be $30 given that I am a "big strong man and she had to work very hard and is tired." I am generally a good tipper and have never had anyone tell me my tip wasn't adequate. I held my ground and walked out and will probably not return, given my experience at the end. read more

I called at 4:35pm today hoping for a last minute appointment at 5pm, the lady on the phone was very helpful and told me I could come in at that time! I walked in about 6 minutes early and she showed me to my room as soon as I came in! This was my first ever massage from someone other than a family member and it was a really good first experience! I chose the combo 1hr massage with 1/2 full body and 1/2 feet and it was wonderful! I work a lot on my feet and they get really sore and achy but after my massage I had 0 pain! The $55 dollars was worth the foot massage alone! And feeling what felt like little balls of built up tension being rubbed out of my back... AMAZING. The oil they use smells really nice too! And they had calming music playing the whole time! I didn't catch the names of either of the people who helped me since it was a quiet massage but i'm very happy with my service and will be back! read more

It was a great experience. I was able to get an appointment right away for exactly what I wanted, a massage with hot stone. The therapist was amazing with her technique and asked me what level of pressure was comfortable for me. The therapist actually got up on the table to kneel into my sore spots. Her knees were on my buttocks. The hot stone part was great but very short. I would have enjoyed more time for that. (The only reason for the 4 star rating.) The space is very minimalist but very adequate for what people are there for. Clean and friendly attendants. I will go again. read more

I've had a 60 minute full body (with Kevin) and 60 minute foot massage (with Lucy). Both sessions were great! They were able to find my trouble areas without prompting and took care to make sure the pressure was tolerable. The massage oil they use didn't have a heavy scent or leave sticky residue which I appreciate. As for the space, it's very clean with private massage rooms. Will definitely be coming back! read more
