Our daughter was timid on her first day (naturally) however, her second day and beyond, she's been excited to go to school. She runs up to the teachers and is happy to show them her shirt or gives them hugs. This was a rare occasion at her previous school so it's telling just how comfortable she really is at Primrose. Her teachers Ms. Kelly, Ms. Venita & Ms. Maren have been amazing with our daughter. They always have a smile, friendly and have gentle personalities which foster a warm environment. Delise, the director (principal) has been great to work with, very communicative & very organized which is appreciated! We're super happy at this school! In the interest of transparency, current and prospective parents should know that those steps included having their attorney at Goodspeed and Merrill send my family a cease‑and‑desist letter threatening a defamation lawsuit in conjunction with a fabricated CPS report if I did not immediately remove my review. The CPS allegations they threatened to file were created by flipping our concerns about the school back onto us; even if those allegations had been true, they still would not constitute child abuse. I'll be attaching the threatening document they sent so families can understand exactly what is going on. My review is based entirely on my firsthand experience. Any parent who wants to understand the situation more fully is welcome to reach out. Original Post: I'm writing this as a parent who keeps receipts- emails, timelines, photos, everything. And based on that documentation, I want other families to know what we experienced here. Our son came home with a bad bruise on his back, yet we heard nothing from the school. When brought to their attention, the school said they documented, but they repeatedly refused to give us the incident report. This wasn't an isolated issue. When our son caught a virus the school had emailed about a week earlier, the owner later denied the presence of the virus -- despite us having the original message. We also discovered missed diaper changes in our son's log that led to a severe diaper rash. From my perspective, this daycare is more focused on protecting its image than being honest with parents or providing consistent care. Please do your homework before enrolling -- ask for policies in writing and trust your instincts.

After our previous daycare unexpectedly closed at the end of 2025, we found ourselves scrambling to find care for our two children. The leadership team at Primrose stepped in during a very stressful time and made all the difference. They were able to immediately provide a preschool spot for our 4-year-old and stayed in close communication with us as we waited for an opening for our younger child, who started in the Young Toddler classroom in May. We felt supported every step of the way, and the transition was far smoother than we ever could have expected. Our older son absolutely loves his Preschool 3 teacher, Ms. Keshet. She is thoughtful, caring, passionate, fun-loving, and personable -- exactly the kind of teacher every parent hopes their child will have. She creates a warm, intentional classroom community while helping the children learn and grow every day. As a teacher myself, I cannot speak highly enough of her dedication and child-centered approach. She genuinely knows and cares about each child, and our son is excited to go to school every day because of the environment she has created. We also adore our younger son's teachers, Ms. Jay and Ms. Caspian. They welcomed our family with open arms and have been incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Our son was born prematurely and receives physical therapy through Early Intervention. If you aren't one of the first 10 people to click a button, you are TRASHED and denied admission via a cold notification on a Sunday night--less than 24 hours before UPK applications were due. ​They left us stranded with no plan, no empathy, and a simple "sorry." They're really organized and have very secure processes for checking kids in and out, they secure the entrance and exit, they are very strict about dietary needs (e.g., they don't allow any peanuts/peanut butter to be packed for any kids regardless of allergies on the off chance that a child with an allergy would take another child's food) and they have really thorough daily reporting. My daughter has a big smile every time she sees her care provider, and my toddler son loves his teachers. He always talks about the activities they do, gets excited about snacks, specific toys and friends. The care providers are thoughtful and strike a great balance between being gentle and patient while establishing boundaries for my son, who can sometimes throw tantrums. This isn't the perfect gauge of attention, but my kids never have a diaper rash, which tells me they're attentive and that they never sit in a dirty diaper for long. Also, they're tuned into my kids and have called me when their behavior/demeanor has been off or when they're sick and need to be picked up. I'd recommend this place and I go there now because we have a close friend whose son goes there and who recommended it to us.

We interviewed with La petite academy and It went very great friendly and they just made you feel comfortable. Our daughter was scheduled to be there from 10 AM to 4 PM I was nervous leaving her because she wasn't yet completely potty trained so I decided to put her in a pull-up just in case.. when I picked her up her teacher ""Emily""" told me they had gone outside and I really should bring snow pants and boots for her next time but for the time being she borrowed extras which was fine with me. As the conversation continued I asked her if my daughter used the potty or hadhad any accidents today, she replied with "" not that I know of""" when I went over to greet my daughter .. the bottom of her pants and socks were soaking wet. I was pretty annoyed because she had extra change of clothes. As we are getting ready to leave and she stood up her pants were sagging down because of her pull up was full of urine.. she was not changed all day. When I asked to speak to the supervisor """Andrea"" I was told she was busy in the infant room.. I called several times that day and never got a callback. As to this day I've never heard from her.. do not put your children in this daycare..

They encouraged my husband and I to pop in whenever we wanted (even before her official start date), and are so kind when I just need to sneak in some baby snuggles and breastfeeding before packing her up to leave. They have been super accommodating of dealing with her cloth diapering and letting us know when we're running low on supplies (if you go with disposable diapers they actually provide those for you!!). The phone app is great too, they send you constant updates throughout the day of how much and when she's eating and going potty...they have even sent over the occasional picture. We love it here and LOVE the staff in the infant room!
