This resulted in us informing the school, 2 months before the new school year started about our move. We had several interactions with Ms. Chong, who helped us as good as she could within he boundaries set by Mark Gustavson. It became clear to us that the school was planning on enforcing the contract signed by my wife (I already saw issues potentially coming and did not sign the contract) in Feb to reenroll our kids into the new schoolyear, with pushing hard to sign or there would be no space left in the classroom. They really expect us to pay a full year's tuition of both kids even though I never signed the contract and we moved before the schoolyear even started. (They claim its damages, yet for preschool there is a waiting list and my youngest son spot was filled within 1 week, also the spot for my oldest kid was filled by another student). Last year they had a tuition insurance in their contract, but somehow without warning this year is has been removed and could no longer be used, how convenient. Now a couple months in they are making threats with lawyers, collections and arbitration (of course since these are not public) after they refused to contact me for a call on the matter. The Empathic capabilities of Mark are non-existing. Also, when our oldest started his new year in a new school, we found out that MSE did a horrible job in education. He was behind 10month of 12 in reading. MSE only had 6 kids in his years classroom yet they were incapable of noticing he had reading issues due to tracking problems. Now that he has special glasses he caught up and is ahead of his pears in reading skills. MSE is not a cheap private school so I do think we should be expecting more of them than what they provide. The only thing I can give to the people in evergreen, be aware when enlisting and trusting your kids to this school, they don't care about the well-being of your kids nor their education. All they care is about taking your money. We will push this case to court and see what MSE is allowed to do within Colorado laws and what action we can take for paying the full years tuition and not providing the actual quality of education they pretend to provide. Our kiddo is excited to go each morning and comes home happy, confident, and always smiling which we didn't have at our previous center. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully set up for learning and play. Our kid has allergies and they are on top of it all and ensure he is safe at every possible minute he is there. The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and we love how much emphasis they place on social skills, creativity, and emotional development--not just babysitting, but real growth. Communication with parents is excellent. We always feel informed, reassured, and included, which makes such a difference as a parent. It gives us total peace of mind knowing our child is in such capable, loving hands. Choosing a daycare was hard and Primrose was one of the best decisions we've made for our family. She has friends there and the teachers teacher very well. Basic discipline is enforced and the kids definitely don't rule the teachers. I see no signs of crazy wokeness and politics is left at the door. Which is an absolute deal killer for us. The price is reasonable for the level of care the children get there. The security is also solid and the process of coming in and leaving with children is highly regulated. My sister and I feel very safe leaving her there. We both highly recommend this daycare/school.

The staff to student ratio was out of compliance with state rules and regulations. Most mornings at drop-off, only one EA staff member was present in the building with 10-13 kids of various ages; 2-3 infants in the mix. Student/Staff ratios and other safety concerns, such as placing infants to sleep on their stomachs, reusing the same bottle several times throughout the day, babies sleeping on unsupported pillows on the floor, teachers playing on cellphones and not attending to the kids were brought to the attention of the director/owner, who became defensive and dishonest after we brought forth our concerns. Finding a safe, affordable, and stable learning environment is a stressful task for parents. There is really so much I can say about this school!!…read more Everyone is amazing! They treat you as family and welcome you with open arms. The learning and lessons are so fun and my kids really enjoy their days. The teachers learning plans keep the kids busy but also not focused on one thing for too long that they lose focus. The summer camp is seriously so much fun! Even through all of this new 'normal' stuff they have done a fabulous job keeping everyone safe, in the know, and putting their students/families and staff first.
