The 2 associates were super friendly and gave honest feed back and even offered a great return/ exchange policy plus a great warranty for pennies compared what it would cost to replace the glasses. I didn't realize it was close to closing time but they were so patient and did not rush me at all. They had me laughing and made the shopping fun, i realize that they most likely work on commission and these glasses are ridiculously priced but I still got a very genuine down to earth vibe from both of them. When it came up in conversation that I own a pair of Prada glasses purchased at least 5 years ago that I absolutely love but they definitely need an over haul, the gentleman offered to repair them if I bring them in. Excellent customer service and I will definitely return next time I have an extra $400 to drop on some shades

They have a decent selection of brands and sunglasses, but it's a small store. Service: 2 stars. My goal was to return sunglasses purchased online via Sunglass Hut's own website. Prior to arriving, I called on the phone and the person confirmed I could return them and the money would go back to my credit card. When I arrived at the store, there were 2 employees and no other customers, but they seemed inconvenienced to help with the return. Right away, the employee said I would have to ship the sunglasses back myself. I explained the receipt clearly said I could return in the store. Then the employee said I could return the sunglasses in the store, but they would mail me a check in 7 days. This isn't what I was told previously, and it seems very odd.

She then told me if I wasn't planning on buying them to put them down because they'll break if too many people play with them. (1) I may have been interested in buying them if she had tried to sell them to me which I'm sure is what she's paid to do. (2) I was not "playing" with them I was looking at merchandise that was presented to be touched/used (3) really, trying them on will break them - why would I consider buying something like that? Poor service - left a sour taste for Sunglass Hut because of one rude associate. There were other sunglasses laying around on try's within the store. Her time would have been better spent either actually selling or cleaning IMO
