I had a very disappointing experience at this Sunglass Hut location. I purchased a pair of…read moresunglasses about three weeks ago, and both lenses have developed cracks around the screws in exactly the same places. This appears to be a manufacturing defect, not damage from misuse. When I brought them in, the associate was rude from the start. Rather than inspecting the glasses or discussing the issue, he immediately insisted that I must have sat on them. It felt like he had already decided I was at fault before even looking into the situation, which came across as calling me a liar. From what I understand, Sunglass Hut's policy is to replace products with manufacturing defects. I wasn't asking for special treatment--I simply wanted the glasses to be evaluated fairly under that policy. Instead, I left with the impression that the associate just didn't want to do his job or make any effort to help resolve the issue. I understand that not every damaged pair is covered under warranty, but customer service should start by listening to the customer rather than making assumptions. After owning these sunglasses for only three weeks, I expected a much more professional experience. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this location. There are plenty of other Sunglass Hut stores, and I hope you'll have a better experience at one of those.
