She came to the door to tell me that they didn't open till 10:00, walked back to her chair only to return about a minute later to open the door. When I went in she asked if I was looking for something specific, I told her I wanted to look at the Costas. She pointed to two wall displays, I asked about their summer sale. She pointed to the rack on the right and then went back to her phone. Never asked if I needed any information or anything. Obviously she didn't know anything about the products she was selling. I was very disappointed in the staff at the Calhoun store. I bought my first pair of Costas at this store about 8 years ago and it was a very different experience. The staff was much more attentive and helpful then. Sadly I won't return, I proceeded to buy a new pair at Bucky's of all places. $284 lost sale due to laziness?
