JAMES surpassed my expectations of a battery store. I had an urgent situation and was in need of a battery for my daughters Mercedes. I called to let them know she would be coming in and they had everything ready for her. James was knowledgeable and knew how to work with a foreign car. He changed out her battery and made sure there was no other underlying issues. He was kind and professional to my daughter and myself. 9 months ago, I left a 5-star review saying, "Knowledgeable and friendly staff ready to solve problems to make the customer happy. I was happy when I left. Thanks!" But, today, with a dead battery, I have to change this rating to 2-stars and complain. They expect customers to somehow carry the dead battery back to their store where they say it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours for them to run tests to determine if the warranty claim will be honored. In my case, the warranty runs out in 3 more years, 2025. But, I am told by them NOT to get my vehicle jump started because that could interfere with their testing. Furthermore, they say that it would mean leaving my battery-less vehicle abandoned in their shopping center parking lot for 24-48 hours with no security. Since I have purchased vehicle batteries from other places and never run into such an arcane, inconvenient process to exercise the battery warranty for replacement, I feel I have no other choice but to write this as a warning to prospective customers. Do NOT buy a vehicle battery from here UNLESS you already have more than one vehicle. Because, if you only have one vehicle and their battery dies, it's not going to be easy to get a replacement. FYI, I also called the HQ of Batteries+ and they told me the same thing. In my opinion, this policy is designed to discourage customers from exercising their rights under the warranty and should be investigated by the proper authorities. read more

I bought a battery for my motorcycle. I've had it for less than 6 months. When we had a warm day a few weeks ago I was going to ride my bike since i had not been able to ride in a little while since it was so cold. I went to start the bike and the battery was dead. So I put my charger on it, it would not charge. I pulled the battery out, took it the autozone, to have them charge it, they said the battery was bad. So I took it to the woodstock Battery plus. When I took it in the first thing they asked me for was a receipt. I told them when I bought it. They said I could use my phone number If I needed warranty replacement. he tried to look it up on his computer but said since I bought it at the at Acworth store I'd probably have to take it back to them. But then he checked it and said the battery is totally dead. There's no charge on it at all, so I must have abused the battery and they would not replace it under warranty. He then offer to give me the 800 number for the corporate office, but he said they would say the same thing. I paid $225 for this battery. I've had it for less than 6 months and they won't replace it under warranty, it has a two year warranty on it. I guess I'll go somewhere other than batteries. No service to get a new battery. I would suggest you do too. read more

Don't go to this store, I've tried to buy LED bulbs. I replaced the old fluorescent light with a ballast bypass. I wired, I installed them, the Werker brand they sell had 50% of the bulbs don't light up. The guy at the store said it was operator error, and then smiled. FTP. read more

Fast service- went in for a 2 battery changes. It took less then 10 minutes.. a bit expensive for 2 watch batteries were about 40 a bit high but fast and less wait time - they said battery will last 2 years. read more

I ordered an item online to pick up in the store because I asked for a specific item the website changed the store and did not inform me of the change. I showed up at the location I thought I was ordering from to find no item. When I tried to get a credit from this store they demanded that I drive over an hour to present my card "for security purposes". When I asked for a manager having called repeatedly I was told the manager was not in but would be back in 15 minutes. I never got the manager. I called corporate only to be told the same run around. ***do not buy anything on line from these people*** They do not value your business or you as a customer. read more

Went to store to have battery replaced in key fob. Was quoted price of $12.79 to accomplish this. While I was waiting for this to be done I was watching tv screen behind cash register that was listing services and prices for those services. The screen showed the price for what I was having done was $9.99. When they gave me my key fob I asked why the price they quoted and the price on screen were not the same. I was told the price was what I was quoted. My total was $13 and change. I left store truly pissed. I called corporate to let them know of problem. Told them just wanted difference of price charged and price shown on screen in store. It has been 4 days and I haven't received credit on my account. I will not go back to this store. Both employees I spoke with were very helpful and kind. Also very thorough in their work in fixing the phone and making sure it worked properly before I left the store Very customer oriented store. Warranty if I bought the product 60 days. Guess what went across the street to Elite Techs paid 50.00 and warranty good for as long as I own my phone. read more

I called about an appt to Have the screen repaired on my iPhone 6. I was told it was $109 plus tax. Turned out I could make it in time that night. The manager was extremely persistent about rescheduling, with her picking the dates and times she put me in for. (With obvious desperation In her voice to get business. I finally told her, "Those times don't work, I'll call you when it works out for me." I'm the meantime I got the same repair (screen replacement and calibration At the Apple Store for $29.00 plus tax. Nice lady at first, said she was the manager. But EXTREMELY persistent about rescheduling, and me saying "no, no, no". Finally telling her I'd call her when it was convenient. But then I got an email that she'd rescheduled me for the next week, on a work day and not at a good time I don't often check my email, so when I see the email, it's 6 days after the time she scheduled for me. It's a no brainer I'd go with the mfg. and have it done for $29, rather than a second hand shop to Do it for $109. read more

This is a good place to replace a phone screen I brought my iPhone 6 in there and they fixed it perfect but i am going to give it a 4 star because the home button won't click and it was hard to push in, before it worked fine but it added 1 extra day so a total of 2 days to replace a phone screen and they don't always call. read more
