I was referred to Rich by Frontier Toyota. This was my first time i had to replace my windshield and didn't know what to expect. I called Rich and he picked up and gave me a quote over the phone and explained everything to me. I texted him the next day to schedule the replacement and he confirmed right away the time and we were set. The very next day two of Rich's installers arrived exactly at the time they said they were going to be there. They worked very hard and were very professional. Richard strung me along for four months! Gave me every excuse in the book (including it farmers insurance fault!) When I contacted them they never received an invoice from him! When they finally received an invoice and it's over $5000.00 to replace a twenty year old windshield! That's $1000.00 more than any other company. Rich and his team at Sunglow are great, and I'm glad I trusted my classic car to them. Most of these reviews are related to replacement of Automobile Glass, but I wanted to write a review because what they did for me was different. I needed to replace the window regulators and motors in both front doors of my classic car (glass was fine, but old hardware wears out). I called Caliber Collision, and they recommended Rich and Sunglow. Rich arrived on time and, after spending a couple hours with the car, determined the manufacturer shipped me the wrong parts. He coached me on the right parts to buy and said he would return once I had them in hand. Both the first time and after returning, he had to deal with unusual assembly challenges caused by the car manufacturer, but dealt with it correctly, efficiently, and without incurring extra cost. The new parts are in the car and they work great. And everything was cleaned up after all the work (in my garage!). Every once in a while you find someone really good in their field, whether its a doctor, plumber or (in this case) a car technician. Rich is one of those guys - you can't go wrong for your auto glass (and auto hardware) needs. Six (6) stars! read more

Toyota recommended these guys to replace our month old windshield after we were hit by a rock that made a huge crack. After having my windshield replaced by another firm who used a non-OEM glass, and took the better part of the whole day to complete the job (incorrectly BTW). Sunglow was recommended to me by Honda. They came out, installed a OEM windshield and were done in under an hour. Having a newer car, with lots of electronics in the car, OEM glass is the only way to go, and as far as I'm concerned, Sunglow is the only company to call. I can't say enough good things about Sunglow! Richard and his entire team were just fantastic! I met Rhys at the shop and he was delightful and so very helpful! I had the driver side molding (between the windshield and door frame) blow off on my way to work last week. My husband suggested I stop at Autoworld to see if they could provide a quick fix until a new part could be ordered/installed (DIY). Everyone at Autoworld was kind and and so helpful as well! They suggested I see if Sunglow could help. Rhys used some light adhesive and tape to hold down the parts left flapping, and sent me on my way, no charge. I called and left a message to say thanks and Richard called me back. I explained the whole story and he said he could replace the part (both sides) installed for less than the (one side only) part would cost, retail, from the local Ford dealership. And Richard and his associate came to my work to install! What a wonderful experience all around! Highly recommended and I have to admit, this is my very first Yelp review in years! I got a rock chip in my windshield Friday morning. I called my normal person and finally heard from them in the early afternoon. They told me they were booked up and asked if I wanted a referral. I said yes since I wanted to make sure it was repaired before it spread. They gave me the number for Sunglow. I called and got someone right away. He hesitated at first, but then said he would be over in about an hour and a half as he needed to finish up on another job. Great. I waited. And waited. I gave up at about 6 pm. No one showed up. I was extremely disappointed. They may do good work, but I will never call them again as that is very poor customer service. If they were too busy, they should have just said so as the other business did. read more

I had a crow smash into the windshield of my Scion XB. Long story short, this bird was big enough to have been in Lord of the Rings. Both the bird and windshield were destroyed (I mean, how often does that happen?). We were recommended Sunglow by our mechanic. I called on Monday afternoon and a very nice gentleman named Shawn answered. I told him my situation, he gave me an excellent quote over the phone (lower and faster than anybody else including Safelite...as a matter of fact, Safelite even wanted me to drive to them!) Shawn scheduled for his guys to arrive at our home between 11am and 1pm the very next day. Guess what? A very friendly and professional gentleman named Daniel along with an equally professional and friendly assistant arrived at my house at 11:45am. We shook hands and I asked if there was anything I could do to help, the only thing they asked was if I could move my car to a car port so they didn't have to work in the sun. I moved the car and offered them some ice water. I s**t you not, by the time I came back, they were already half way done! Called Rich at Sunglow Auto Glass on Friday to order a window, and Shaun and his partner were sent out to fix my window the following Monday. I appreciated that Shaun called me to let me know that Toyota was having issues finding the window, and it showed great customer service to me that he touched base with me. Shaun and his partner were out as soon as the window was found. They were both polite and friendly, and they did a great job on the window in what took maybe 10 minutes. Shaun was also kind enough to look at some chips in my windshield and give me an honest opinion on repairing them, which I appreciated. I can't remember which auto glass referred us to Rich for a new RV windshield. Rich negotiated with our insurance company and ordered it. The windshield is HUGE! Rich installed it in one day. Beyond that, Rich has been available to us when we had questions or concerns, even a year later. We needed to open the hood for the first time and thought the new windshield was preventing it. Great company and great service. They came to replace my windshield for my Toyota Sienna on Thursday. They inspected the glass and said it had a scratch (which I could hardly see, but would have bothered me later). They apologized and asked if they could come back today (Friday) with a better windshield. Came today, on time, and replaced the glass. Dealer cost was over $1,400.... Their cost $350.
