Fast, and quality work. Best value for a windscreen replacement on my Honda accord. Very impressed with my whole interactions with Joaquin. He was a man of his word honest and professional. Support small business

Contacted him at 6pm when we found our drivers side window smashed in, and he was able to come out at 10am the next day and fix it in 30 minutes. He showed up exactly on time. Quality of work was amazing, he made sure all the glass was vacuumed out of the inside of the car with a vacuum he brought. Made sure all the pieces of glass were out of the window before installing the new one. Put everything back together exactly how it was when he started as well. Window works great and we will be using him to replace a windshield as well. *Price was WAY below what's as quoted by other businesses that respond to your house or work and quality was way better*

Clara was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided one of the best price quotes for my 2015 Honda Accord Sport. Got my window smashed over night. Called Joaquin for a quote and he gives you the best prices with labor and clean up included. I called other places and was too over priced , now a days it's and arm and a leg just to get stuff done or replaced. These guys were fast and well mannered, very professional. Only reason it didn't get a 5 star review was because there were little pieces of glass on the seat still that I had to clean that were very small. But that's just me, I got kids I have to worry about. Over all experience definitely recommend these guys to get the job done at a good time for you. read more

Excellent service from start to finish. A rock hit the windshield of my Tesla on the freeway, and I needed a quick replacement. I gave him a call around 3pm for a quote and he was fair with his price, he was at my house within 45 minutes replacing my front windshield which had a crack from one side all the way to the other side. He noticed my seals around the window were loose so he was able to glue those down for me so they wouldn't be a nuisance for me on the road. I finish at the Starbucks drive through after work and go to roll up my window. Why do we still say…read moreroll up? Anyhow, it doesn't go up. It makes a lovely grinding sound that I assume is my window class all shattered inside my door. I get home and am at a level 8 freak out. My husband assures me everything will be closed, but I am frantically yelping to see who might be open. I click Vazquez Auto Glass and call as I see they close in 8 minutes. Oooops. Then I also see they're about 45 minutes away from me, I go to hang up, but he answers. He could not have been more patient with me. I don't know anything about cars, glass, windows, etc. So when this person could tell me over the phone that my window wasn't broken, it was just the motor or regulator, from me just describing the sound like a crazy person, call me impressed. I had the worst experience with this service. I clearly specified the exact type of car that needed a replacement window. When the technician finally arrived--late, I might add--there was no communication to let us know they were there. To our frustration, we learned that they didn't have the correct window. This meant we had to wait until the next day. I specifically chose this company because I couldn't afford to wait for another service. However, when they showed up the following day, they still had the wrong part! How is it possible to bring the incorrect part after having examined the vehicle? Now, I'm facing yet another three-day wait. If there's a language barrier, I strongly recommend hiring someone who can communicate effectively in English. My family also faces language challenges, but we made sure to explain what we needed during their visit. To make matters worse, the technician had the nerve to inform us that there would be an extra charge for the return trip. How does that make sense? Great customer service!!! Joaquin was very easy to deal with and very prompt with a quote for my 2015 3 series BMW. After having my windshield cracked driving on the freeway I was in desperate need of replacement! Did I mention He offers free mobile service! After arriving on time he quickly got to work taking extra care and precautions making sure nothing on the car would get scratched. Guess who worked on Sunday, 12/22 just to get my Mercedes Benz Sprinter"s broken glass fixed? Joaquin, the owner himself! Joaquin came by my house today, and fixed the backdoor quarter glass of my van in less than 30 minutes. So what's the big deal about this installation? Well, I called him Saturday morning and agreed on the price. He picked up my quarter glass in downtown LA on the same day--Saturday, then came by my house the following morning. Bam!!! Done! My car was broken into and the window was smashed, I called Joaquin because I saw his amazing reviews and he did not disappoint. He came the same day, was so nice, replaced my car window super quickly, it was much cheaper than I expected it to be and on top of all of that cleaned all the glass that was shattered in my car as well as the glass that was shattered around my car and polished the interior. The back right-hand side window wouldn't stay up. It would always roll down and my worry was my car getting broken into. Joaquin stopped by my work and got it fixed within 10 minutes or less! Joaquin Auto Glass was very accommodating in repairing and then replacing the windshield on my 1980 Mercedes 300SD. I am the original owner of the Mercedes and stood and watched over their shoulders while the repairs were being made. All the parts were organized and laid out on the lawn. I did opt out for a new windshield (they brought one with them as a backup) my original windshield was slightly pitted, and the seals were dried out. They did an excellent job. I needed to completely replace my windshield so I was recommended to Joaquin. He showed up to my house very punctually, and was very friendly and kind. Joaquin's did a great job with my 2010 Sienna. Picked up a rock on the freeway while out of state, and the crack had spread 6 inches by the time I got home. They responded very quickly, and the appointment was next day. The install was in my driveway and the installer took his time and got the window in perfectly clean and straight.
