Went to this ER last night with one of my 19 month old twins. She has been coughing, had a…read morepersistent fever for 5 days, congestion and vomiting. Dr saw us for maybe 3 minutes, swabbed for RSV then said it was negative and she just had a cold. I then asked if they could check her for strep and the dr goes " oh she doesn't have that" I asked "how could you know that without testing her?" " well strep doesn't cause a runny nose so just take her home and wait." I then raised concerns about her not eating or drinking very much and was told very condescendingly that "kids just don't eat when they're sick and just give her a popsicle" We went home with a nasal spray and that was it. Went to her pediatrician this morning and both of my children have strep!!!! Absolutely ridiculous care and lack of concern for an infant who has been sick/ not eating very much for 5 days. Don't come here if you want to be taken seriously at all about your sick child.

I quickly looked on Amazon(via phone) listed for $150 and I asked if she would honor their price she said ,"No, and anything cheaper online is usually fake". I disagreed and reluctantly purchased the boots at 165. Got them home, husband tried them on, while removing his foot a price sticker came out of the boot, the sticker states $150. We return the boots and ask for the price to match the price tag which came from the boot. The clerk(a different clerk, other girl off) refused, my husband pulls up patriotoutfitters website, this store's website, the boots are $150, not $165 and the clerk refuses to honor the price (from her company and we have a PRICE TAG from the item) She just talks in circles, giving the same excuses over and over. We lost $15 and learned to steer clear of Patriot Outfitters! I hope this review helps others. Everything in this store is OVERPRICED!!! I found a riggers belt online and shipped for $20; at this store it was $47 plus tax (it would have been $51.70). I'm sure it's not the clerks fault, they are doing what they are trained to do, but the company is who is to blame here. Retailers taking advantage of working people. When we contacted Patriot Outfitters they gave us the exact reasonings, circles, and excuses the sales clerk gave us. This is another company taking advantage of the military. This company knows our soldiers have to have certain regulated items and they take advantage of this by inflating prices. Many soldiers don't have time or a spouse to help them get items they need in the time needed. So they have to come here, this company knows this and raises the prices and takes advantage, especially of the young soldier. Which, the sales lady did tell me the things online are fraud, if that's the case, then are the things at Patriot Outfitters fraudulent? Better be careful what you are training your employees to pitch to your customers. Shame of you patriot Outfitters for taking advantage of the ones who protect you. Shame shame

I paid for a full set up, and when I went to…read morepick it up it was wrong (missing name tag, which I paid for, and my oak leaves were messed up). They offered to fix it. I came back a few days later. They got the name tag fixed but some of the oak leaves were pretty jacked up in their placement. The guy tried to fix it on the spot but it looked pretty terrible. I didn't have time to keep doing this so I just paid and will do it myself. I would not waste your time or money with this service. Commandos is way better with everything else anyway. I just wish they offered set up services.

My hubby found the shop to help fix iPads and iPhones frequently destroyed by our autistic children (which would've been pricey anywhere else). We have been back several times (at least 5-6) to repair broken tablet screens, motherboards, software/update issues and more on different devices. Randy is knowledgeable, always friendly and welcoming and helpful in explaining the issues. We've had same day repairs and some that took a day or more, but all repairs felt quick and efficient with the corresponding problem, which we really appreciate given our children's need for the devices.
