I was greeted by a friendly employee who informed me of this. She was super sweet! She even went out of her way to ask the manager or owner for a more definite timeframe of when to expect future services. Y'all.... the manager tho..... The manager asked her to have me go to her office where she was filing her nails and had continued to do so while talking to me. I was so surprised that 1) she didn't come out to the waiting room where I was and 2) Had me walk to her and stand in her doorway to watch her self groom It was so unprofessional and made me feel as though i was interrupting her empty tanning salon. Anyways, her mgr went on to inform me of the same thing I was told previously, but in a less friendly tone of course. She began to share where she receives her product, and then began to question where I used to tan and tested my knowledge of bulbs. Then as I began to walk out of the business doors, she shouts out another place, which I appreciate. But come on... this was my first experience all within just a few minutes of having walked in. ‍

The very first time I went to her, I loved the results, but after that, there was always an issue. Sometimes she would leave purple patches in my hair, other times it would come out yellow. She wouldn't even style it at the end because she seemed to get lazy and would leave my hair half wet. For my last appointment, I messaged her to book again, and she told me that she no longer offers bleach and tone services. Honestly, after everything, I wasn't surprised.
