This is an internet company that worked out of Amazon. We had a bait and switch experience where we…read moreordered three cases of traditional medicinal herb tea. Instead they sent just 3 small boxes of tea which each contain just 16 tea bags-clearly not what we ordered. When we called they said "too bad that's what you ordered" and refused to rectify the situation. This is a tea box sold all over in supermarkets and such for between 4 and 6 dollars tops per box. We paid for the three boxes-- a small fortune which was actually sent from another company which left an invoice in the box listing the total order price of approx. 19 dollars.And believe it or not Bolt Health Supplements charged us $50+ for three little boxes of tea. I researched them at the Better Business Bureau and it looks like they do this all the time to people. They say that that company was not supposed to add the invoice and instead think of the order shipped as a "gift order without an invoice." I wonder if they even have any inventory or a real warehouse. What a scam.
