They never showed up. I sat waiting on them for between an hour and a half to two hours. I originally had tried to call them and got a voicemail. When I called Progressive back, they tried to call this company and also couldn't get an answer. Finally, Progressive said they would get somebody else to tow my vehicle, which, as of the time of this writing, I'm still waiting on them to call back. Not very impressed with either , at this point Edit: I finally called a local company and they came out within the hour. Still, not a word from "Fast Quality Towing"

Communication during this process was hostile and unprofessional, including threatening and profane messages while they controlled access to my car. If the vehicle had been released when the release order was first issued, I would have been able to retrieve it before severe weather moved in. Because of the delay, by the time a pickup was finally scheduled the lot had approximately two feet of snow, making it unsafe and impossible to remove the vehicle. The tow yard was also over two hours late for the scheduled pickup time and then became unresponsive, causing me to miss work. I additionally discovered that my keys were left inside the vehicle while it sat in the lot, raising concerns about care and security. Despite these issues, they attempted to charge additional fees for that day. This experience caused unnecessary stress, lost wages, and financial harm. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company

On Dec 22nd they called to let me know the car was ready. At time of pick up they hit me with another invoice for $1272.00 in charges that were not authorized. The original estimate for the dyno tuning was approx. $500. They charged $900. Original estimate on replacement fuel pump was $650.00 They charged $1175.00 Original estimate of Injectors was $800.00 They charged $950.00. All of these overcharges were not discussed with me before and was demanded of me at time of pick up for car to be released. Countless calls, emails and a demand letter went unanswered by this company. BBB complaint also went unanswered. A court hearing today listing them as a defendant also was not attended by this company and a judgement was awarded to me. Next is a filing of court lien on their property. Once again be VERY aware of doing business with this company.

I just bought a brand new Subaru Forester Touring and had a…read moreUHaul towning hitch installed but with the Chair lift inserted and with the wheelchair lifted the chair hung too low with only had a 3/4" clearance on front wheels off the ground. I needed a body lift and a spring lift installed. Byers Subaru Columbus Salesman Brandon Jackson who I bought the SUV from recommended CIA Performance. I spoke with Eric Hargett (Tuning and Sales rep) and made an appointment to figure out what I needed. Eric was excellent to work with understood what the problem was. Eric provided a perfect solution. Technician Landis (sorry, name and spelling is not correct as I lost the paper where I had wrote his name down) did an outstanding job plus explained everything he was doing. A side note, when you install lifts the tuned suspension changes and effects the 4 wheel alignment so you'll need and an alignment. I was amazed watching him aline the car on the State of the art alignment system. A major bonus was when I drove the car home, no more constant tweaking the steering as the car tracked excellently! I can't say enough about how much I admire the ethics and workmanship of the shop. I also had the chance to speak with one of the owners Jeff Green, very nice.
