We went in with a huge shot list and a tight schedule so I began conversations ahead of time in regards to their tech packets which at the time were nonexistent. As a Lighting Programmer going into studios with a rig it's helpful for me to know details such as lighting fixtures, how many, where, their control system, patch, etc. especially with little prep/load-in time. This wasn't available but they did their best to provide as much information within their knowledge ahead of time which was appreciated. All in all the shoot went well and had the rig mapped out and under my control within an hour.

Daniel at the Cathedral City store took my order for office door signs. I didn't hear back for two…read moreweeks, so I called him to see when the work would be done. He said the next day. I didn't hear back for another week so I called again. Finally an installer arrived with the signs. One was damaged--the edges were chipped. The installer said "that's just from the machine that cuts the signs" and was going to install it anyway. I refused to accept the sign and asked him to take it back and have it re-done. I didn't hear anything for a month, soI emailed Daniel and asked if he was going to re-do the sign or give me a refund. Now it's been three more weeks and I haven't heard anything back. At this point I'm just going to write it off. But I'm p!ssed off enough to take the time to write this review.

Carl unfortunately didn't do a great job on my pictures for a house I am selling in Palm Desert. I…read moream on the ninth hole in a country club and didn't really reflect the view and how gorgeous it is. The overhead drone shots included a muddy and wet area on my driveway and he captured that in the overhead shots. There were no pictures of the restaurant, pro shop nor the beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the first and 10th holes. The house has been fully renovated and he did not capture the beautiful showers (3 of them) that were completely done. Communication was great but pictures were not. I had him redo some the coloring because they were extremely light. He had to redo them three times and they still did not look good.
