I have done several embroidery orders with Desert Promotions. First couple of orders were fine. Next order the wrong color thread was used even after i asked the owner if he knew what the thread color was. He assured me that he did. And this was a repeat item. Next order, another repeat item, the embroidery was placed in the wrong direction. This caused me to lose half of the order from the store because i had to re cut and have the embroidery re done and he had the nerve to complain about the small quantities. This time the embroidery was placed correctly but the wrong color thread was again used on one of the colors and he used the correct color thread on the mis placed order. Every time, Somu the owner, assured me that he knew what to do and the correct colors. Sorry to have to write this because I wanted to give business to a local company but after 3 wrong orders I can no longer support this business read more

Our little club bought 22 shirts and had logos embroidered at Desert Promo. The entire process was flawless and effortless. Shirt selection was enormous. The price of the shirt varied depending on the quality desired. Prices seemed reasonable. We had two different logos embroidered. We simply sent them a digital image of the logos and they took it from there. We were in and out in about a half hour. Paid half up front and there was no follow-up necessary. Sadly I have given up. I was told about desert promotions from other business owners I work with. The wrap on my van was worn out and ready to be replaced . I came here and met with samu . Was given 3 different wrap option each with a price range . Since it was a referall and I see they do offer good work. I was ready to move forward . They quickly asked for a deposit . Start of December . Was later sent some wrap designs . We went back and forth a few time to get a concept I was happy with. Told them I had some maintenance issues to resolve on my van before we were to wrap it , I didn't want to risK messing up new wrap. They said my old wrap would be very hard to remove, so I removed it . Got the work done . Returned for wrap to be done . We had talked aBout wrap beIng complete by year end for tax reasons . They were busy , so this wasn't going to happen in time . I said I i don't want to rusH just let me know you have time aNd we'll get it done. Samu offered that I could pay for work in December , they could complete in January . ( I know better that to pay for work that hasn't been completed ) I asked for final price with our design. Keep I'm mind I was already given , good , better , best . Option with price range for each. Gave a deposit based off that a quote . So when I got my new price and it was above the range of the best option I got a horrible feeling over it . I'm not shy , I talked to Somu . Told him I was frustrated that there new estimate was higher than what I was originally quoted . He said well your doing a full wrap. Yea quote was for a full wrap. So he said they would put price back I into original quoted range . Maybe it's a mistake, idk. They ask me to come in and make final approval and wanted to print color samples. Cause maybe the picture on there computer color won't match printed ....... come in again . It's not done . ( however it was asked I come in!?!? ) they said let's plan on Monday. Today is Monday .... guess what still isn't ready to simply show me color sample ! Was asked to come back Friday .. this has turned into a joke At This point I have wasted almost 2 months with these gUys, removed my existing wrap been driving around like this for over a with no wrap for a month. Seems if you are a big company they will and want to take care of you . They do offer great work. HOWEVER IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS, they do not need our crumbs . I've gone in a few times and The lady's here are really rude they just don't care I went in and ask for a special request a few days ago and the lady told me " wait and see if Somu will do It. Well when I first payed for the setup fees I told Somu I'm a small startup catering business so there won't be many shirts made a time all the time he didn't mind taking the money then but now he's complaining to atleast take in 6+ shirts.
