I had already bit off and broke off pieces of the tenders so I knew immediately they were not made fresh. He of course wanted to save a cheap buck of their inventory budget by redropping it in hot grease and reserving it (ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Then the wife argued with me about bringing all the drink back that I had pretty much finished while circling the block to bring the old dry food back just to get my refund. I would not bring my pet let alone any family members to to this location. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING, but not here.
