The (owner or employees was cleaning regularly. Bathrooms on-site for customers and they have snack machines. They also have change machines. Yes, change machines. I was hoping they might have a card system where you buy a card and can reload it. Luckily, I came prepared. All in all though, At $13 or so to wash and dry a king sized comforter isn't too bad.

Thats all fine however here is the problem that I had you pay $2.00 initially to get the card then you have to load it. I spent $14.00 to wash and dry a comforter and to small bathroom rugs. I guess that's fine considering the climate that we're living in right now everything is expensive and prices are inflated. The other initial problem that I had when I came in and found out that the machines don't take coins anymore I was trying to talk with the attendant and she was Spanish and she did not understand what I was asking her and so she was unable to explain to me what I needed to do in order to obtain the card and how to work the washer and dryers. There was another kind lady in the laundromat who explained to me how it worked and how to get money on to the card it would have been better if the attendant could have explained that because if it had not been for the lady helping me I would have had to use my translator to translate the conversation. I understand the clientele here it is primarily Spanish customers but the attendant should also be able to explain bare minimum how to use the machines and she kept on saying $2 and I didn't understand what that meant. The other thing is I ended up having to reload my card I needed a couple more dollars just to drive my comforter I was not able to add two or three dollars the minimum that you can add on the card is $10 so you're basically suck with this card with money on it you can only use it here so if you move out of the area you just have a card with how ever much money left on it. Other than those small problems the laundromat is always clean when I come the washers are always clean and it's a quiet environment I I will continue to come back while I'm in the area because the location is safe.

IMHO in this case its better to do yourself due to rhe astronomical price to have them do it. I did and i saved myself $15. I did it for $10 vs the $25 i was quoted. And thats fine. I absolutely refuse to use the apartment complex's laundry facilities so here I am. This laundromat looks a little on the old side of things but at the end of the day, it gets the job done. The washers drain a lot of water out of your clothes which means less drying time. I'm usually in and out in less than 2 hours. Most of the time, I don't stay and fold my clothes. I just quickly run home to fold and put away clothes. In the summer, it can get pretty hot in this laundromat and the staff always says that the A/C is on. Apparently, management won't allow the A/C to go above a certain temperature but uh, don't they realize that these dryers generate heat in addition to the already hot weather? I probably could go somewhere else but this laundromat is really close to where I live and I don't feel like it's worth driving to the other side of town to get this already daunting chore completed.

When I told the manager about it, they refunded me most of my quarters and told me I shouldn't wash so many clothes. Learn to run a business and learn how to not be ignorant to your customers. I usually park in the rear, where plenty of parking awaits. Be mindful of the obscure entrance in the rear. You may need to dodge incoming traffic as you park. The washing machines are card (plastic), and the dryers are coin only. There are options if you arrive without cash. There's an ATM and bill changing station. You will be covered if you have a bank account with funds available. There are washing machines capable of loads ranging from 20lbs to 135lbs; the dryers have two roomy sizes you can choose. If you divide your load across a few, you'll never run out of options. You will never have a hard time finding a laundry cart. The staff does a great job lining the available carts along the outside wall. All in all, I have no complaints. I will return.
