This laundromat has a variety of sizes for their washer (double loader, giant, and mega loaders)…read moreand dryers. I made the mistake of going to the first washer I saw not realizing they were the bigger than what I needed to wash a comforter and two bathroom rugs. The double loaders are $2.75, the giant loaders are $4.75, and the mega loaders are $6.25 or $8.25. The washers and dryers require quarters. There was a change machine but it was out of order so I think you could make change at the counter. I was pleased with the wash but personally think it could have rung the water out better. You can select the time for the dryers which is convenient so you can adjust based on your load. The laundromat also sells laundry goods in a vending machine for individual loads or at the counter for bigger loads. They also have soda that they sell for $1 and coffee for $.50. They also had folding tables and carts for your laundry loads. I thought it was cute when I saw a lady standing on a stepping stool to reach the detergent dispensers on top of the front loaders. I am grateful that this laundromat is so close to home, and when I see folks coming in with loads of laundry it makes me appreciate how lucky I am that I only need to come here annually to wash big and bulky items.

I flagged a staff member for assistance and he asked how many quarters I had put in already, but I wasn't sure. I gave him an extra dollar of what I thought I still owed and he started the machine after opening it. There were a handful of machines that were marked as inoperable. I hope they have them repaired asap. Inspections should be performed regularly to ensure that all machines are operable.

Called EIGHT places, nobody could actually do same-day cleaning despite many sites saying they could online. Enter Dorsey Cleaners - they actually answered the phone, confirmed they could do it in time, and delivered. My suits look awesome and they saved the trip (how was I going to go to my Cousin's wedding with dirty clothes otherwise? no way!) My mother took her dress to Dorsey Cleaners for alterations. The dress was marked with chalk and…read morethey agreed upon the alterations that would be performed. When she returned to pick up the dress, there were blue stains throughout the top portion. She was told that another dress had bled into hers. The owner assured her to come back and the stains would be removed. She returned and the stains had indeed been removed; however, when she tried on the dress, she couldn't zip it all the way. The owner helped her zip it up, but once zipped, the dress was too tight in multiple places. He explained that he had to dry the dress twice and it may have shrunk as a result. Whether the error was due to the alterations or the drying process, the end result is that my mother's dress was ruined. She spoke with the owner about compensation since there was no way to fix the damage. He was dismissive and tried to lowball her despite their clear mistakes. This is very poor business practice, as he assumed no responsibility for what happened under his watch. My mother had used this establishment before without any issues, so this was particularly disappointing. He even tried to get the tailor to personally cover the cost of the dress instead of taking responsibility for mistakes that occurred in his business.

It totally saved me while getting work done to my basement and not having an operational washer and dryer. The staff is kind and quick. I've dropped off as late as 7pm and have had my laundry finished by 9pm. They will even give you a call when they are done if you ask. I also love that they actually hang your items that they don't think should be folded. I highly recommend Total Laundry and their drop-off service. This is my new "treat yourself". While everyone else is treating themselves to manis and pedis next door, I'm treating myself to ALL of my laundry washed, dried and folded for pretty much the same price in two hours!

I put my cloth to the Laundery Machin and added all component (detergent and fabric smother). Once finished the laundry, I tried collected the cloths to put into the drier machine. Whereas I observed as all the cloths was just wet but not cleaned up and also, I do not get the fabric conditioner smell. I try to explain to the person of the customer service what happen and showed her all in physical and she try to resist to accept the reality. For that I asked her to get the manager to tell the condition. The manager/owner came to me and immediately she starts looking to my cloths and she saying it clean without asking me or listening about what happened. In the middle of her talk, I tried to explain but she was not ready to listen or to understand the condition. It is really makes me disappointed with one way communication!

It was hassle-free to set up the time for pick up. They promised to pick up and deliver even if I were not home. This was a great convenience. I was not expecting my comforter and blankets to be laundered so well and and to smell so fresh. Wow! I was home when they delivered, so I was able to meet the very nice and professional delivery driver.
